I absolutely love Insense! As a new creator looking to work with brands this platform is one-of the easiest I’ve used and one-of the most lucrative and effective. The customer service is amazing and if a brand doesn’t pay you or is late they speak with the for you and get you reimbursed and/or paid.

Worked with Insense as a UGC creator for over a year. The platform is the easiest to navigate and there is a wide variety of opportunities in all niches. The layout and ease of working with vetted brands makes this app a 10/10 for me

I never use this platform, they auto renewed for which I wasn't informed. I was 2 days later than the renewal and they say they can't do anything even though I'm not using it.

Not a very good platform, CS is terrible and it cost me more than 1500USD...

My experience as a creator has been terrible. I have tried to contact customer service so many times, through emails and their chat....no response ever. Brands on there are scammy, asking you to put in your credit card information for free sign-up without any way to then end subscription. Insense won't help at all. Would not recommend.

Incredible ! Total scam I purchase and ask for a reimbursement and even almost don’t use their service and they keep all the 3 months money. I really don’t suggest you to work with them if you want quality UGc ! Not a good service at all

Used them for over a year, when my subscription renewed for $1500 for 3 months I asked for it to be cancelled as it had only been 1.5 weeks since it got renewed. I requested a cancel via live chat days after I got the renewal. Instead they want to not honor the refund even though I’ve paid 3 months in advance

BEWARE: Pausing your subscription will archive all your conversation so you won't be able to access them REGARDLESS if it's not your the renewal day yet.

I love this app, I love how it gives you access to reach out to brands. it helps me find new products and brands to collaborate with to showcase the items on my socials to my followers!

The app has a good concept and seems promising, but there are currently few campaigns available. I haven’t had the opportunity to participate in any yet, but I’m looking forward to seeing more options in the future.

I have worked with so many great people and it’s created a great environment for me to thrive.

Could be better.
Some shady brands there, be careful.
I chose some categories I'm not interested in but I still receive invites that match those categories. Actually, most invites are like that.
I had some succesful collabs but brands didn't leave feedback. Insense doesn't care.
So many better platforms out there!

In applying for brand deals, there have been rounds of applications with no response from the brands, which is discouraging. The ones who do respond desire a ton of deliverables with very little pay.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive a feedback and rate from anyone brand.
And dome products raise concerns - there weren’t a manufaktury name a country of original for one drink, for example.
Its very dangerous! Because the delivery was from China.
Please control products on your platform.
