Conocí la clínica por un amigo que se ha operado, y la verdad que estoy contenta. Fui a la clínica de Madrid y la gente fue muy amable, me explicaron todo muy bien y finalmente decidí hacerme tratamientos con ellos.
Mi amigo también está contento.
¡Yo si la recomiendo! tengo varias sesiones y por tanto volveré :)

The Málaga clinic is reported to the Spanish authorities for a serious violation of personal data regulations. This clinic shared 27 patients’ full names, surgery types, and surgery dates externally via WhatsApp without legitimate reason or consent—simply to prove they were “busy.” Anyone who has or had a surgery scheduled between February 17–27, 2025, please note that your full name, type of surgery, and surgery date have been disclosed without your consent. You can contact the AEPD in Spain for proof of the breach and to protect your rights and interests.

My experience with the doctor in the Málaga Clinic, “S.M.,” was negligent, unethical, and non-compliant in several aspects—she spent only a few minutes assessing me, gave contradictory instructions, and abruptly canceled and tossed around my procedure. Despite my attempts to address these issues, I never received any meaningful response from management, suggesting they prefer to shield the clinic’s misbehavior. However, I did receive an email from the clinic’s lawyer today threatening me for posting this review on Trustpilot. I am taking legal action against this company.

I feel compelled to warn others about this clinic’s data breach and unprofessional conduct. I have uploaded this review multiple times on Google Maps with photo evidence, and the clinic continues to have it automatically removed by falsely reporting it. I am prepared to repost if it is removed again, as I believe my review is truthful and important to protect future patients. I will not settle until I get justice for myself and everyone else involved. I will never give up spreading the truth about a company that heavily relies on CR7’s brand, a person who is my role model and whom I deeply respect and admire. Let it be very clear: even if Insparya brings in my hometown boy Zlatan I & legendary E. Cantona as co-founders, I AM NOT GOING TO BACK DOWN, and I’m prepared to escalate my case to the highest legal instance at the European Union level if necessary. That is how committed and certain I am about my factual experience and evidence.

Un total robo de dinero.

Me sometí a una intervención, ya venía de muchas clínicas que me indicaban que mi caso era muy complicado. Fui ahí y en menos de 15min me indicaron que yo era apto para un tratamiento que el resto de clínicas no lo hacia por que no tenían tecnología. Pero que tenía que pagar en ese mismo momento.

El tratamiento me lo hicieron unas muchachas que creo estaban de practicas de lo jovenes que eran. Me empece a encontrar fatal, me dolía mucho la cabeza me indicaban que podían haber tocado algún nervio.

Me salió foliculitis aguda así lo llamaron y ellos dijeron que era totalmente normal. Algo no iba bien yo lo notaba, pasaban los meses y no me salía nada de pelo ninguno.

Yo intentaba hablar con la clínica y ellos ni me hacían caso les daba totalmente igual.

Cada vez que iba a una consulta las doctoras que me atendían se sorprendían mucho ya que una me ponía una medicación otra me la quitaba y nadie llevaba un control. Incluso me indicaron que no era normal lo que me estaba pasando y lo que me estaban haciendo. (Sus mismas empleadas).

Tras un año me pusieron en contacto con el director D.Javier Pedraz. La solución suya aparte de reírse de mi de lo arrogante que es, era vamos a esperar otro año.
Esperamos otro año y nada no me crecía el pelo y me da como solución volver a operarme mas barato pero que lo haga un becario para practicar y no me asegura que quede bien.

Vamos que despues de hacerlo mal querían que volviese a pagarlo. Después de hablar me indico que en una semana tendría una respuesta que no me generase una repercusión económica y tras muchos correos, nadie me responde. Llamas y dicen que esta en estudio de sus abogados.

Me robaron los ahorros y me dejaron igual que estaba antes.

No vayáis nadie!!!!.

I had a consultation with this clinic in their Marbella location . The staff were very friendly and professional. Their central scheduling had scheduled me at a time that the English speaking doctor was not there
, how ever , they did their best to accommodate me even offering to reschedule. But with a front dest personnel as our translator and my little Spanish , I received the information that I needed . At first , a consultant explained the process to me and then the doctor came and looked at my hair follicles and answered my questions. She was very pleasant and asked me several times if I had any other questions before she left. Just to make sure I had it all correct, they emailed me an English version of our discussions and offered a call with the English speaking doctor , which was not needed. I plan to have my surgery at their clinic in June. Joanna and Ana at the Marbella clinic are excellent.

Je suis venu dans cette clinique cars l'on la considère comme une des meilleures d'Espagne...malheureusement ce sont des menteurs qui vous vendent une méthode révolutionnaire avec la dernière machine qui soit disant être très peu invasive ...donc on ce dit c le top ..bon bien sûr ça un coût bien plus que la Turquie même le double .
Mais bon je prend confiance avec un certain commercial qui me vend la transplantation la meilleures d'Espagne.
Avec une rapidité de récupération diviser par 2 par rapport au autre méthode.
Sauf que je pars du premier rdv dans devis signer avec explication etc et bien sûr nacompte de 200€ pour bloquer la date .
Jour de l'intervention non seulement faut avoir payer la totalité avant l interventions et du coup il m'annonce que je dois encore 350€ ce que j ai régler rapidement mais bon ils ont essayer ....
Me voilà en salle d'opération et la PAS DE MACHINE et ils m disent c pareil elle est en réparation. Je me retrouve avec une méthode classic faite par des personnes a la main ...pour moi comme en Turquie....
Ts c plus au moins bien passer après plusieurs heures sauf que au niveau de l anesthésie c du local qui vous defonce e crane à chaque injection cars elle on une demie vie de quelques heures.
Et la au moment de la transplantation un enfer l'anesthésie ne fais plus effet malgré un docteur qui a fait le maximum pour me soulager mais impossible.
Bien sur aucune autre méthode pour m'endormir le crane .
Du coup j'ai serré les dent mais j'ai pas plus tenir pour mettre la totalité des follicules qui était d'un nombre de plus de 3200 du coup 1500 on étais posé de ce qu'ils m disent mais je pense plus 1000 .
Le résultat c des trous partis sur la tête une douleurs insoutenable depuis 3 jours et un visage complètement difforme du faite du surdosage de produit anesthésiant .
Maintenant j'attends que l'on me trouve une solution ....mais bien sur ils vous font signer plusieurs papiers pour ce couvrir et ne vous donne pas le double .

Pour faire un résumé..

Il ne donne pas de devis
Il vous font un prix sans vous montrer de barème.
Et le pire vous vendent un méthode et au final ces pareil que si j'étais partie en Turquie sauf que plutôt ue de payer 4900€j'aurais payé 2500€ avec hotel ,transfert....

Je suis extrêmement dessus et vais devoir pousser plus loin cars ces vraiment un e arnaque très bien monté

I have been to the clinic today to examine myself whether I could have my hair done.
the receptionist was all time and super friendly. at 12.45 when I had an appointment I was received by a friendly lady who called the doctor.
I will not recommend this clinic to others after my visit today. the doctor came in and barely had enough time to explain the procedure to me, he went straight to scratch the back of my head and looked at my hair, asked if there was going to be a scan my head, the doctor answered just yes, yes, we can do that, said the doctor. I felt safe in no way because the doctor in no way gave me time to ask anything as he was busy. the doctor was very dismissive and rather had the option of asking about tattooed hair. Very frivolous on the part of the doctor, as you as a customer who needs to have your hair done should feel safe. I chose to leave the clinic. frivolous and laughable that the doctor spent 3-5 minutes and had to go out the door quickly.
How can a doctor seem so frivolous when you have your hair done.
It's simply not right! I had to ask the doctor myself to check my hair follicles with the scanner, which is a normal procedure they do at the clinic. the lady was very very nice who was standing next to the doctor, she tried to explain to me when the doctor left how to do tatto hair, but already there I had lost my head the way the doctor was during the 2-5 minutes he examined me!
I told the lady that it was so unprofessional of the doctor to leave after such a short time when I didn't get the chance to talk to him about tatto hair as he rushed out the door.
