Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Couldn't ask for more. I hope that lady has shares in the business and doesn't just get a wage.

the guy at the counter knew what product I needed when I described what I was doing and went straight to it. He knew his job and was very friendly.

It is great having the expertise and product availability just around the corner in Dunsborough. It made a project really easy without the need to travel to the next biggest town. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable. Also offered tips which were good value for money.

The staff there, Elija and Gaylene, are just so knowledgeable and always give you a better experience than you anticipated. Specifically, yesterday Elija offered a hint on getting the best result using coloured silicon for a tricky job that I had never heard of before No matter how busy they are both always take the time to proactively offer excellent advice . Their knowledge is second to none.

The staff provided expert advice and service on a painting project I was working on. They were friendly and helpful in every way. I really appreciate having a local paint shop of this quality in Dunsborough so that I can pop over whenever I need to without having to drive out of town.

If you are at least a little uncertain about your needs when you go there you wont be when you leave as they are interested to see that you are purchasing the right products for your job and it doesn't take long because they know what they are talking about.
