The new blinds were ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. They have a block out lining which is perfect for my dressing room, bathroom and guest bedroom. They are a shade of white which matches the walls perfectly and the effect is clean and bright. I am very pleased. The white chains for lifting and dropping the blinds are less obvious than the previous silver ones so all in all, a big improvement. Many thanks to Luke, the installer.

Big thanks to stret at Newmans for squeezing us in when we were in a bind. His agility in responding to our needs was incredible and delivering a perfect product in an amazing timeframe is a credit to him. We can’t thank you enough team newmans!

Luxaflex Australia - QiShades were able to install new blinds on a glass wall of our apartment recently. The blinds are stylish, block out 90% of the UV light and are remotely controlled. QiShades did the job efficiently and professionally. Now the TV is easier to watch without the early evening glare. One very satisfied customer. Margaret 😀

The Armidale team at Hunts Carpets & Blinds recently installed Luxaflex blinds in my home. The service was professional & undertaken with the minimum of fuss. The outcome is very pleasing & I would highly recommend them if you are considering installing curtains or blinds.

Shutters, blinds and a skylight blind were ordered from Balmain more than 6 months ago. The skylight blind and the shutters arrived and were installed, no problem, but of the other 2 sets of blinds, one was not delivered and the other was the wrong size. I was told they'd get back to me, I heard nothing till I got an email from sales asking why I hadn't paid the remainder owing, and I explained I still hadn't received the blinds. After a bit of toing and froing, it was agreed that I was owed well over $1000 for the blinds I never got, but I'm still waiting. The guy from accounts was apologetic, but I've never heard a word of apology from the sales team.

Purchased thousands of dollars of Luxaflex blinds through Ocean Grove Blinds and Curtains. All good until fault with installation of one of the blinds. Ocean Grove Blinds have ZERO after installation support to rectify their errors. In fact, they will just ignore your emails, etc. Should customers expect more -- HELL YES. Go elsewhere, you deserve better.

The team at windo are very professional and knowledgeable. We have used this company several times in the past for small jobs. Most recently it was to fit our whole house when we moved. Francesca walked us through the most practical ways, given our space, to create maximum block out. She guided us on aesthetic choices, helping us bring the rooms together with other features. They worked within our budget and helped us find recycled / oeko tex certified products to minimise internal VOCs. The manufacturer made several mistakes and the blinds needed to be re-sized twice. Francesca and her team jumped in quickly to try and resolve as soon as was possible. Zac, the installer, is professional, a problem solver and installed the blinds and curtains beautifully.

Excellent service from Zen Curtains. Adam and Damon installed new drapes in our laundry and did an outstanding job. They were very professional, courteous, and took care to protect the area by laying down coverings before starting. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommended

Had a salesperson attend my residence for a measure & quote whom I found to be rude, arrogant & not take the time to explain the product, he was obviously in a very big hurry to move on. I rang management and mentioned that I am happy to deal with Rundle as long as I don't have to deal with this particular salesperson which they were fine with until I received an email from the salesperson. Rang management and they have now back tracked and said that I will need to deal with this salesperson or take my business elsewhere. As is the case, we don't always get along with people, this is normal, but to insist that a customer must get along or to take my business elsewhere is a testament to their customer service values. I have wasted 4 weeks with this company only to be informed of this by Samantha.

We had the team do block out and lighter blinds thru our home replacing old shutters. Marilyn guided us re which blinds, colors and materials and we were decided within fifteen minutes of her being here and then all our measurements for installation were completed. Michael and Riley came yesterday and could not have been more courteous or efficient! We are so happy with the blinds, they look great and are so functional! Very glad we went local with this family business, total professionalism from start to finish and excellent value ! Many thanks.

Immensely grateful for the knowledge and expertise about Luxaflex blinds found at Luxury Blinds and Awnings, Wynnum. Cannot recommend more highly. So relieved Lyle was quickly able to sort out our roller blind repair problem (especially once we realised he was likely to have installed the blinds in the first place quite some years before).

I required 3 new awnings for very old, damaged and bad looking awnings on my new apartment. QiShades gave me a reasonable quote for this large job and I also received a very good discount. Mark and his team were very professional, friendly and helpful putting up this most difficult job but they did this with a good sense of humour. Thank you so much for making my new apartment look so much better and providing a great sunshade for a westerly position to make my life so much more pleasant with my automatically opening awnings which makes life so much easier.

I have purchased block out curtains for my bedroom, sheer s wave curtains in my family room and two minor bedrooms, polysatin plantation shutters in my family/kitchen windows and bathroom/toilet and ensuite bathroom and 2 x sunteca shade track awnings out in my alfresco area. I am so happy with the products and service from Cameron, Rebecca and Carolyn. I would highly recommend Sunmaster/Luxaflex, Joondalup for all your window treatment requirements. Great communication and follow up, professional installation and service.

I needed curtains for my apartment- privacy was not a factor- they just had to provide warmth and colour at night. I chose a fabric that was reasonably sheer and I stipulated that I didn’t want to lose my view. As the curtains weren’t lined I expected they would pull across into a compact shape. How wrong I was. The curtains spring across the window and can’t be pushed back! It’s like they’re spring loaded and eat up half the window. These curtains were expensive and I have been very disappointed. When I wrote to point out the problem they offered to supply tie backs- at a cost of course. I feel they are a company that does not communicate any potential negatives to their product. And they are no bargain! One would expect more for the cost! Buyer beware!

In spite of a phone calls, emails and a visit by the owner Mark ( "I'll send you a quote"), they failed to follow up with any correspondence, return phone calls or provide the referenced "quote".
Don't bother with them.
Went to another dealer and received excellent service.

The service and installation from QI shades was fantastic.

4 weeks ago I contacted Luxaflex in Geraldton to organise a quote. Mitch came out to quote and then time passed and no quote arrived. I’ve called their office three times to ask if they could send the quote through and three times I’ve faithfully been promised that they will follow up with Mitch and get him to call me back. Still waiting for that call back!

Mark and the team were very helpful, personable and professional. The awning is so easy to operate and has given our deck area a totally different ambience. We are delighted and would certainly recommend QiShades/ Luxaflex to family and friends. Louis & Jill
