This worked very well. Order was ready at pick up time
However there was no one checking paperwork so the opportunity was there for any ‘light fingers’

The whole online experience was seamless. The staff were very helpful over the phone when I ordered the paint. The order was ready for pickup within the hour. The pickup system outside the store was very easy and efficient. A staff membef was ready to carry the order to my car.

Easy process to order online, got a call to double check some products which was helpful. Goods picked up click and collect and ready when I arrived

Whilst attempting to order some Duramax spray paint online the system told me it was out of stock. It suggested stores that it was available at. I rang my store at Nunawading and it was in stock after all. The Salesperson told me that the online system often does not correlate with what is on offer on line.
This really would have inconvenienced me had I not checked with the store as I was halfway through a project when I ran out paint.

I have placed many orders both over the phone and online over the last 9 months and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Also, their fast click and collect service has been a lifesaver during all of the lockdowns.

Helpful and polite - I only wanted a sample pot and couldn't find what I wanted online - but the staff member tracked it down for me & it was ready for collection within the hour.

Paint: Knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, cheerful. Adequately well organised.
Covid: masks under the chin, close and friendly. No social distancing. Unresponsive to my step backwards. I did not raise the matter with staff, but in the current climate, they should be aware that there is a pandemic and caution is needed. I don't expect hospital standards, but they should make the effort when they interact with customers. My life depends on it. I'm an old man with multiple medical issues.

Second time I have bought from Inspirations Nunawading recently and again the service was impeccable. The online ordering was a breeze and so easy to navigate.
The store rang me with a query regarding the order, rather than just making a guess. The order was ready and waiting, and clearly packaged and labelled by the promised time. Such a fantastic service !

Orders were ready as organised, paint colour exact, and the Click n Collect was fast (unlike other bigger suppliers). Very happy!
