Enquired online. Phone call shortly after. No pressure sales asking personal requirements. Told sales person I had a quote from elsewhere. That quote was beaten.I explained I was weeks away from requiring appliance and would contact when ready. No pressure phone calls followed in fact I recontacted them eventually and initial quote was honored. Delivered within a week and driver gave a 30 minute time slot.
