Absolutely first class service in providing a new kitchen, from my initial discussion to an outstanding completion of the work. Thanks to Scott for guiding the design and managing the project, and Patrick and Phil for their skills with the installation. The advice I received was excellent, and it was a refreshing change to hear clear transparent prices, without unnecessary sales gimmicks. From my initial meeting I felt Martins were the best company to do this work, and I have not been disappointed.

After living with an inherited beautiful fully fitted Martin's kitchen for more than 20 years with few replacements and repairs needed, two issues came up within a fortnight. Worn hinges on "the cupboard under the sink" were replaced swiftly, carefully and economically by the expert and ever-cheery James and then, as if my kitchen knew it was still in the safest of hands, my washing machine gave up the ghost. Scott and James to the rescue once again, and my new Bosch was in place within days, It's a truly team effort at Martin's. Everyone who dealt with me was efficient, professional and kind - not one bot amongst them: Victoria, Scott, James and Sarah are now my (kitchen's) new best friends.

Bill supported us buying a 1400mm Lacanche, choosing the configuration, having it fitted and getting LPG organised. At every stage of the process he was helpful, kept us informed and provided a fast response to any queries. Later on when we discovered the company who built and fitted the kitchen had miscalculated the extractor space, Bill again supported us finding an alternative that was actually a better option.I would throughly recommend Martins of Hawkhurst.

Polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The salesman provided excellent advice about fridge freezers and clearly knows the products inside out. I really appreciated the time he took to explain the options and make sure I chose the right model. I would definitely recommend buying a fridge freezer from him.

Knew kitchen tops and sinks installed in kitchen & utility room. Appliances removed & reinstalled once work was completed.

Electric Hob manufacturers could not help with faulty appliance. Turned to Martins who had supplied a different appliance new a couple of years ago. Prompt appointment. Prompt diagnosis. Back up and running. All good.

We have always bought our white goods from Martins of Hawkhurst as the price is competitive but more importantly the service is second to none. If you have an issue it is sorted out with no push back.

Martins of Hawkhurst were extremely helpful - They found the perfect fridge freezer replacement for me, delivered it and took away the old one. They also provided a similar service for me regarding a washing machine. It's very reassuring to have a company like this close at hand and I strongly recommend them.

Have used martins many a time over the years, very helpful staff, Bill has helped in the past with appliances for my rental and for our new home.
It’s good to shop local.

Needed a new washing machine. Martins had an excellent choice of machines in Stock. Went for Bosch. Only two days later the machine was plumbed in, given a test run and the old machine taken away.

I have used Martins before and will always go back. Their prices are great, they are pleasant to deal with and provide a service “beyond compare”.

Independents like this really deserve to survive.

Made a telephone call to ask if an item was stocked. Bill was very helpful even giving advice on fitting engineers and alternative products! I rang back and ordered my goods and had a confirmation email a few hours later with date and time of installation. Excellent and great to support a local supplier!

Excellent, personal service.
Order placed online, received a follow up call to verify order the following morning, confirmed delivery date and method of delivery with rough timings, delivered in un damaged box, taken into my house and placed where I asked, on time.
What more could you want from ANY business? Nothing.
Don’t try to save minimal amounts by shopping with huge companies who don’t care.
Shop with a local business where their reputation matters and our local economy benefits.
MARTINS of Hawkhurst will be at the top of my list …. In fact they should be at the top of everyone’s list…
