Am giving Inspired perfumes 5âïž as itâs when thereâs an issue that you truly find out about a company. I gave some feedback as my 2nd orders roller bottle tops were not quite as good as the first lot in terms of quality - I got a really quick response, asking me for photos so their team could look into things and the company were apologetic. Never used the sprays but all the oils Iâve ordered have been lasting and smell identical to the originals. The â5â is because of the responsiveness of customer services!!! I donât often leave reviews but felt compelled to - these days customer services often feel so distant and hard to reach but this company were the total opposite.
