I sent an email because the storage bag I just purchased for my custom tent from last year is too big. I haven't received a response because i would like to return it.

My sales rep was super helpful and acomodated my requests quickly. The overall product quality has been maintained (or even in some cases improved) from previous materials.

The quality of the 10’ x 20’ Pro Expo Tent with Classic Digital Package, 10’ walls with and without doors and Pro Expo Roller bag is exceptional, heavy weight, durable and high quality.

The tent withstood high winds while other tents collapsed around it. The printed canopy looked so nice with quality graphics.

The sides are heavy weight with quality zippers and strong Velcro. The door feature is well thought out and perfect.

The Pro Expo Roller Bag is drastically improved from older versions. The bag is durable with larger wheels and support plates. This bag makes it so much easier to pack and move the tent. High Quality! Must Have!
