Requested a female doctor, was put on the phone with a male doctor who challenged me about my symptoms of thrush and UTI, didn't ask many questions about my female body or cycle and then wrote me a script for canisten- even though I told him I'd already been taking it for several days, and I can just get it over the counter. Lol. Absolute waste of time. Don't bother. Save your money.

A very easy to use service which is so convenient when you just need a Medical Certificate for work for a vey minor ailment.

Have used on number of occasions.
Courteous, helpful and very prompt replying.

Horrible. Been waiting 2 days for a call and the doctor rings for less than 10 seconds. I was 2 steps away from my phone but not quick enough to answey

Just back from an overseas holiday and I have a chest infection. Tried making an appointment with my own doctor only to be told he's not available even after explaining that I'm asthmatic and I have an infection started.
Well as normal these days I contacted InstantScripts and I got a Dr on the phone within five minutes. I explained my symptoms and we chatted for about ten minutes so that he was sure about how I was. Ten minutes later I had a script for my medication and this is a service that you can only say is five star service. No hidden fees nothing just good service.

Worst experience couldn’t get any help what so ever

This is a great service. I knew I needed antibiotics, and this was the simplest and easiest way to get it

The scripts the doctor sent were incorrect and when I requested them to be reissued only one of the four scripts was resent.

While I do like to see my regular GP for ongoing health care, this option is affordable and quick. Dr was very understanding and supportive and process was simple and convenient at home when I can't get an in person appointment easily.

I was called by the doctor in less than a minute after making the appointment online.
Got the antibiotics script I needed

What a joke! Put in my concern, asked for a female consult. A. I got a male Dr. B. Was told couldn’t help me because I selected wrong booking. There was absolutely no where that stated what kind of booking I would need. The doctor that picked up the booking would have and should seen clearly what I wrote as my concern. And on top of that “bedside” manor was rude. Now waiting on a refund up to 3 days!!! - what I find particularly a screw you is you can take my money quickly back can’t refund quickly!

Dr Veronica Kelly was amazing very knowledgeable and thorough. Very caring and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend she is very helpful and kind. So quick and the instant script was so fast. Will use again. Very happy and thankful. :)

Charged me money and did the consult, said the script was on the way and it never showed up. The website bot couldn't do anything but said I could "Contact a (human) agent' by clicking that option, but that option doesn't even exist on their website. Rang the phone number but then they don't answer the phone for a LONG time. Then the person on the phone can't do anything about it.
Total waste of time and money. Hard to imagine how they could do anything worse.

this company is a scam. Avoid avoid avoid. Basically, they will not give you prescriptions for basic medication that has been prescribed before by gp’s even if you’ve been taking it for years. At the end of the day you’re gonna have to go to the GP anyway if you’re gonna have to go to the GP anyway what’s the point of giving these twits $50? Instead of saving time they’ve wasted it.

Gave me a private script not a govt related one so I paid almost 5x the normal price. No repeats. Why can't you be upfront with your customers if you cannot offer these services.

Making healthcare more accessible and convenient ease of booking, the quality of the consultation was professional with the doctor.

Dr Dan is great and makes the consultation easy and stress free. He is very understanding and asks the right questions.

instant? what a joke!

I enquired at 5:00pm one day, as i expected to get a script for antibiotics as i had an absyss that required them, and could get in to see a doc in my area due to time, and emergency was a 6 hour wait. So went to instant scripts... 24 hours later, i had no script, and no response from the company at all, they took my money, and gave me nothing in return... Really not impressed, and if you in a spot of bother, and require urgent assistance, i would not use Instant scripts, id wait until the morning, and see a doctor first thing, as you will get a script faster that way...
