This is a scam! I was tricked to order this by someone pretending to be interested in my car for sale on craigslist! When I realized and chatted with the company they refused to give me a phone number or a supervisor or a refund! I will be contacting my bank!

I’m selling a 33 year old Lincoln so folks wanted to see its history, which made sense to me. Then someone said Window Sticker and I thought they were nuts. Found this site, signed up fairly easily, paid and within a very short time was looking at the Window Sticker which appears absolutely accurate. Asked Brian, my advisor, if I shouldn’t have received the history first, as I had to purchase them in that order, and he immediately responded that he’d get on it. History showed up not long after, again more accurate than I expected. Now I’m being bribed to leave a review, which I’m happy to do, with the offer of another car history when completed. There were a couple of minor hiccups in the process, but as someone earlier said, I’m old and not the best at using my phone to interact with the internet. Overall, I’m quite pleased.

Wonderful product! Had to get a window sticker and they were really helpful

I’m old school and not a tech whiz so working my way through the site was a bit difficult. Unfortunately it got worse when I attempted to access the report. I was instructed to log in but I needed to set up an account first so I followed the directions but was unable to set a password. I’m a bit frustrated at this point so I logged into tech assist. After sending my problem the response was immediate and polite. It took about 5-10 minutes but they were able to email a link and the rest was easy. My recommendation is to just forward the links to the email provided in the first place once the transaction is complete. Makes sense right!
