Fantastic price and product, delivery a little slow but fir the price and quality it was well worth waiting a few extra days!

Quick and easy service from start to finish! My chairs were delivered within 2 days. I had noticed some damage on one chair and reported this to Stephen. He replied within a few hours of me raising this and asked for some pictures of the damage before I even saw his response that a new one had been sent the chair was already at my door!

Outstanding service 👏 will happily be using this company again! Customer service done how it should be thank you so much

I am absolutely disgusted with the emails being sent regarding an android box.
For back story, I ordered an android box, after a number of days it still haven't been shipped out. I emailed and requested to cancel, I received an email back to say that it had been requested. However, I then receive tracking information. And I have email correspondence from the owner of the company, who to start with was very helpful. It was stated that I could get a refund but I would have to pay for postage. Which I find completely unacceptable. I tried to cancel before the item was sent out. I also found out the item was coming from China, which I didn't know this.
I added an honest review of what had happened. And now recieving threats. Yes, I did name call, which I know wasn't the best. But I feel completely ripped off. But owner of company told me he would take action against me and my property. I will be contacting the police.

I tried to cancel 2 days before item was shipped out. No where did it say that it was coming from CHINA. That isn't the issue. The issue is that I cancelled before the item was shipped out. It was still shipped after I cancelled, and then I'm expected to pay to return.
The threats were from owner of company. But for some reason he is flagging the reviews!!
I can provide screenshots, and have forwarded everything to the police.

Great product, fast and efficient service

Bought a patio set from InStock it arrived within a couple of days was exactly as described and cost me £35 less than offered elsewhere.
Company communication was excellent too
Highly recommend this company and shall be using it again myself.

Well, the item I needed arrived quickly. I wanted an arcade joystick to play a Metal Slug anthology that I got last year for my birthday! The came cannot be played on a PS4 controller, so I got a joystick but it would not "buddy with my PS4" So I got this model by chance and wow!

Although not stocked in UK (shipped from China) delivery was very quick. Products look good and work as they should. For the price I didn't know whether they'd accept a rumble pack but they do.

I am not sure where these items are coming from(country) but 10 days in transit and still not delivered does seem excessive?

I ordered 30th December 2018 never received my items. They do NOT answer emails and it is impossible to get thru on the phone.

This was in 2018 and was a site on Amazon. I have no idea why it's resurfaced 7 years later.

Ordered an item in New Year’s Eve. Item never arrived. Company hasn’t answered my emails nor answers the phone. Seems like a scam! Stay away at all costs
