I had a very swift experience with Kerri Johnson. I had a policy renewal with another broker within around 3-4 days of me contacting the insurance desk.
Within 2 days I'd received a quote at £250 less than my renewal price, for a niche business sector - Property Sourcing. All the boxes were ticked for my business needs and I'll be sure to come back next year at renewal!

No support. No communication.

I had previously arranged for a quote from Insurance-Desk for a let property over a year ago and then put it on hold. Planning permission for a change in use was finally granted and the tenant was able to proceed with their business at the property. Georgia Martin at Insurance-Desk was able to sort the specialist insurance needed in less than a day - excellent all-round service.

I have used Insurance Desk Services for about 8 years now and would highly recomend them in every way. They are the most amazingly customer focused and responsive company. As a case in point, today I requested some information on a policy that I have at about 6.30pm. I assumed that I would have to wait until tomorrow to get a response. I had a very swift follow up to my enquiry by Georgia Martin who then went above and beyond to satisfy my request, which she sent by 8pm. What a wonderful service, many thanks.

We have just renewed our policy with Georgina and she made the process simple and quick - we didn't have to chase for a renewal as she sent it in good time and at a fair price and also dealt with our queries quickly! Top marks :-)
