Highly efficient and reponsive
I have used the company many times before which has to be a recommendation in itself. I used the company recently and found them to be highly efficient and responsive providing quotes that precisely met my needs and a mortgage offer within 24 hours. What more can you expect?

Mortgage broker
This is the second house purchase Darren has helped us with, and once again he has been outstanding throughout the process. He consistently provided helpful guidance and expert mortgage advice, always responding to emails quickly and making time to answer any questions we had.
Darren is incredibly knowledgeable, generous with his time, and very reassuring during what can often be a stressful process. We’re truly grateful for his support and guidance, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.

David Benveniste offers his clients amazing Support when customers like us need help in an emergency getting authorisation in record time two hours later we were in seeing a specialist privately with private Surgery scheduled for two days later. How did the benefit of a Broker behind you in the situation like this is 2nd to none and I’m very very grateful for David’s amazing fast Support, couldn’t have got here without him. We always have a great experience with JLP
We always have a great experience with JLP, I have used them for years. Darren has now helped us get our mortgage offer on our forever home. It has been a tricky one with an issue on our credit report and porting our original mortgage alongside having to borrow more money. Throughout the whole process, JLP have helped us feel in control and have been knowledgeable and fully transparent. It’s rare to find a company with the knowledge and experience of JLP while also being completely free to use. I would recommend anyone to use JLP whether they are a first time buyer, remortgaging or have concerns over affordability. Thank you for helping us!!

Fantastic service

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with, Staff were excellent and easy to communicate with also ended up getting me a good deal which is important. Particularly helpful was Scott, I recommend him as a broker if you get the choice :)

They are so customer-centric
They are so customer-centric. My case is relatively complicated, involving quite a few people of my family. The combination created more 'options' but confusions as well. JLP helped a lot to provide the best suggestion and approaches. We failed a bit in the beginning due to some limitations or mis-understanding on banks' requirements. JLP did not give up but relentlessly try to find the best alternatives. Eventually we managed to secure a very reasonable mortage offer we need!
