I have a portfolio of buy to let properties which I have insured with insurance desk since 2007. Every few years I ring around to ensure my renewal quote is competitive and it always is. But the real benefit of dealing with them is that they answer the phone, no hours on hold due to unprecedented levels of call demand. they answer the phone and listen to what you need and they deal with it promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone who will listen.

This was my first time using this service, Jolanta Szymkowiak has been absolutely phenomenal. She is patient, kind, and attentive. She makes it easy to understand the summary of policies and really cares for her client. I believe she needs a promotion!
