After looking into our motor trade policy with a few different brokers we finally came across Mitchell who seems to be the only person on the planet with any sense. He has done a fantastic job in saving us thousands on our insurance premium and was very easy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and did everything that was asked of him and more. It was a renewal of a policy. It went well.

Matthew helped me quickly and efficiently I was really happy.

We required some alterations to our policy. This was dealt with over the phone to our satisfaction. The call was answered swiftly and was a UK based office. No ploughing through recorded messages.

Took out motor insurance a week ago, can’t use my vehicles on the road as they are showing as not insured on the MID, I am told it is because of a back log in there clerical system, not helpful
