We were extremely impressed with the work that Salmon Assessors did on our behalf. They were genuinely one of the best companies I've dealt with - they called back when they said they would, they explained what they were doing carefully, they were extremely commercial in their suggestions, they were good fun, and they got a result that was better than we could have imagined! Huge props to Jeff, John, Kunal and the rest of the team.

A great trustworthy firm who will fight for your best interests. I was unaware how reluctant insurance companies were to paying out policies. They use every trick in the book to pay the smallest amount possible or not pay at all. Delaying claims and slow at replying. With the help of Jeremy and Salmon I was able to obtain a much better result than I would have got on my own. Communication was great and they keep you informed every step of the way. I definitely would not recommend taking on an insurance company without these guys in your corner to guide and support you. Thanks once again.

Apart from being kind, responsive and knowledgable, Jeremy is the most honest Professional I have ever come across!

I would like to thank Jeremy for all his help and support through a very complex claim that took 13 months from start to finish with a lot of stressful days and nights .

Jeff Salmon is helping me with an insurance claim and I could not have met a more helpful and kind man. He is extremely knowledgable and has gone above and beyond to provide support to me. I would recommend Salmon Assessors to anyone, incredibly trustworthy, honest and effective.

Our family experienced an incredibly traumatic event which resulted in the death of a very close family member in a fire. We had lots of trouble with the insurance company not answering our queries and trying to manipulate us into accepting a low pay out, despite our relative having a premium policy.We found Jeremy via a google search, and liked what we read. We had an initial call where Jeremy spent about an hour with us listening to our situation and advising on the best way of approaching the 3 separate elements of the claim. We instructed him to work on our behalf and immediately we felt relief from the relentlessness of the situation. Jeremy was tough in his negotiations with the insurance company and at all times gave us the options we had and we could then choose what to do. We were paid out more than the agent for the insurance company initially indicated. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of dealing with a loss adjustor, please consider appointing a loss assessor of your own. Yes you have to pay, but it is so worth it. I'd agree with a previous review that Jeremy was a rottweiler, but great towards us! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jeremy to anyone in need of this service.

In desperation and seeking help with my claim I called Salmon Assessors and spoke with Jeff to seek advice on our claim. I was unsure about the response I would receive as it was late Friday afternoon and my claim is medium size, Jeff answered listened and suggested a few steps for us to try first with the loss adjuster in hope that we can resolve the claim ourselves but if all else fails come back to him. I was awed by his passion and willingness to help.
He has even offered for us to go back to him if the first steps he suggested don't translate into a result and all this at no charge until fully resolved,
I am practically being bullied by the insurance company and loss adjusters and Jeff has given me some hope and that all is not lost.

We spent over half an hour on a call with Jeff to seek advice for our claim. Hi Today I needed urgent advice about an ongoing flood, I googled loss assessors and came across Salmon Assessors.
I spoke to Jeff and he talked me through everything I needed to know, I cannot thank him enough.

Great advice with no pressure to sell anything. I was ready to pay for advice but I was given free advice and advised how to proceed and that Salmon services were not needed. Thank you Salmon!

We got in contact with Salmon Assessors after struggling for months of delays with an insurance company on a total loss/fire damage claim. A family member died in this fire, which made the conduct of the insurers even more inexcusable. They had appointed a loss adjuster who said he was ‘on our side’ and would get us a ‘fair deal’.

Those two statements were completely false and quickly exposed as soon as we got Jeremy involved. He put the loss adjuster back in their box, got them to actually respond with updates and proceeded to maximise the claim. The payout has far exceeded the amount that we would have got if we had tried to work directly with the insurer - we know this from the initial ‘fair deal’ conversations with the loss adjuster.

There’s not enough words to describe the stress and worry that Jeremy removed from our shoulders, and how we feel about him as a person. Really easy to talk to (unless you’re a loss adjuster!), very knowledgable and uncompromising with insurers.

The only regret I have is not getting in contact with Jeremy sooner. Worthy of more than a 5/5 review.

Finally, massive thanks to Jeremy, you’ve done so much more for us than just getting the claim paid out.
