Outstanding no nonsense service from start to finish. This organisation sorted out what was a complex insurance need for our business. A special mention for Louie, he was super efficient and totally professional throughout the whole process, keeping us updated at every stage. We would not now contemplate using anyone else for our insurance needs.

In seeking the correct tailored insurance package for my small Ltd Company, NAVI Enterprise Ltd, of which provides service support roles within the Aviation industry, I was handled by Kris at I4B. From the start, Kris was attentive within detail of exact requirements for the detailed nature of our business. I found that not only was the customer service outstanding, the speedy process of ascertaining a tailored solution was almost immediate!, I would more than recommend I4B in sourcing your exact needs of which are tailored to you and your business.

Kris was very helpful and organised some quotations within a couple of days. He has been able to offer a lower price than my renewal without reducing the level of cover. I will certainly contact Kris again next year.

Truly exceptional service from Rob who took time to understand and review my insurance requirements ensuring that I have the appropriate level of cover for my HMO. Price was well within my budget.
