I purchased a policy with Insured Nomads and submitted a reimbursement claim months ago after incurring covered expenses.

I provided all required documents and only received automated replies saying they would get back to me.

After repeated follow-ups across multiple emails, I have still received no response or update.

Completely unacceptable service. I paid for coverage and am being ignored when it comes to honoring it.

Do not buy this insurance. There is no benefit. The large print will seem beneficial but the fine print will take all benefits away. Just a waste of money completely. If you have to buy it for a group requirement, buy a plan from another company.

Easy to follow, well done implementation. Pleasant surprise on the local eSIM and Priority Pass Benefits. The pricing was competitive too.

Terrible experience

So far so good. It was easy to sign up and I like the fact I could print out documents as well as have them on my phone.

Non existent customer service when I bought a policy. Had to dispute the credit card charge because I never actually received the policy and had to use another company.

the website is very straight forward. Once I figured out I entering the wrong info, everything went smooth.

I have called support 4x and emailed and no responses. No humans or tech options. Awful.

Was easy to find and choose a plan.

Easy to use, instant results but seems expensive and if I had more time to research comparatives - I’d likely save at least $100.

Called with questions and couldn't be happier with advice and help received!

easy to use website, customer friendly and good price (of course, I haven't had to use the services and hopefully will not).

The person contacting me via email addressed all of my questions efficiently and effectively.

Purchase experience is lacking

You have a great header with different colors but nothing that shows me what fields are missing. You have fields with muted colors and bold colors visually it doesn’t follow guidelines to ensure a good user experience. I had to guess what I missed because you made fields almost dissapear. There are standards for how to create a effective form for a reason and you experience is very lacking.

Called to get information (I've never used travel insurance and had a lot of questions) and left a message. I received a response via text a week later saying they had an emergency and were unable to help me. Exact response was "I would suggest you look online for travel insurance. Try a company like Travel Guard."

Easy purchase experience and the INC app is fantastic.
