I was able to get travel insurance for a Schengen Visa application. The process was so simple, easy, and streamlined. Even when I needed urgent amendments to my policy (due to mistakes made on my part during the application), they were quick to help me via email. Highly recommend, and many thanks to Brad from Insurte who helped me with the amendments.

C'est ma 2e fois que j'utilise Insurte pour mes assurances voyage et je suis très satisfait de la prise en charge. La première fois, je devais modifier le contrat parce qu'un membre de ma famille n'avait pas eu de visa et la prise en charge était très rapide. Pour la 2e c'était pour annuler un contrat d'assurance en double à cause d'une erreur qui s'était glissée sur un numéro de passeport.

Don't expect a refund if you need to cancel within the terms.

I bought the wrong policy! .. I cancelled it 10 days in and the response was quick, professional and resolved in a couple of emails. Refunded as promised within 2 days.. exceptionally good and rare customer service - highly recommended

I had a very positive experience with Insurte. I needed to request a refund after making a mistake in my travel dates, and they were responsive, helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend using their services.

I was notified that a current Travel insurance contract will be renewed automatically and the contract was no longer required. I sent a mail to Insurte and within less than 24 hours I received confirmation that the contract is terminated and the refund activated. The customer relations consultant (Paul) was very professional and efficient. I can highly recommend Insurte Travel for your travel insurance.
