My instructor was amazing

They did everything they said and Matt the driving instructor was brilliant

First the customer service is excellent, second they have excellent instructors in their pool teach prospective students.
Very professional and detailed.

Intensive Lessons are unreal. Did intermediate in an automatic, instructor was a proper ledge, and they fast-tracked my test so quick I couldn’t believe it. Passed first go!

Intensive Lessons are the real deal. Did intermediate in a manual, instructor was next level helpful, and they hooked me up with a test sharpish. Passed first time – over the moon!

Intensive Lessons smashed it with my beginner course. Manual instructor was a laugh, made me feel dead comfy, and the fast-track test was a breeze to sort. Driving licence get!

Intermediate lessons with these lot were mint. Automatic car was lush, instructor was dead patient, and they fast-tracked my test like it was nothing. Passed with flying colours!

Refresher course with Intensive Lessons sorted me right out. Haven’t driven in years but the manual instructor was chill af and had me back on the road in no time. Absolute kings!

So helpful 100% helped, so pleased. would recommend to anybody!!

Extremely unprofessional! Got a block of 45lessons back in October 2024. Had to wait to allocate the instructor until 14th of December. Wasn’t very happy with the instructor whatsoever as constantly late and cutting lessons quite drastically (10-15min late 25-35 before the end as most were 3 h a day . Unable to change the instructor sometimes late 1,25 h late after accomplishing 44 h I was ask to buy additional, instructor add £5 additional to each hour. When question: they couldn’t get another instructor payment to his person account was my choice regardless of instructor insistence. Aft57 h of lessons I’m still unable to take test as apparently I’m not ready . I’ve learned most things in you tube as instructor would make you so uncomfortable and quite angry. Comments really unacceptable each time . Main company hired him would be really unreasonable. All my fault, including being charged extra in fact they removed my account so I’m unable to download my feedback. Where’s costumer rights in this? I am personally offended. As from start to finish my rights will go unnoticed for their benefit. No solution no anything you have to pay in full just to find yourself without oppositions if you’re unhappy about instructor you loosing all week any other £25 for each hour! You like it or not you have no choice. Horrible position to find yourself in. But nobody cares. I personally think assigning instructior is very important, also any complaint should be taken seriously. Well not for them Everything is your fault. The conduct of this should and will be reported to the right authorities. We as the customers shouldn’t feel helpless. If i could warn you about expoyoure about to have… safe yourself money and time before you’re forced to participate regardless. Stay safe everyone xxx

Supremely unhappy with this service. They are a huge rip-off and do not give back any refunds. Unless you cancel your test within 20 days they don't give your money back and funnily enough the instructor only recommends cancelling your test within those 20 days so there is no hope. I would highly recommend a different service. I am severely disappointed and feel I have been robbed.

I had to get my money back from Amex as they lie about getting you a test date sooner within 6-8 weeks and they don’t. I wrote a review before and I noticed they took it off so my I’m ready to show proof to trust pilot of my order number. Oh and before I forget they threatened to keep the money and cancel the service if I started a dispute with my Amex card. Please avoid these people there’s other website that you can use. If you do decide to use this fraudulent company please protect yourself by making a payment with American Express because Amex will always fight for there customers and give you your money back as long as you screen shot everything as proof.

Booked an intensive course back in November with theory test included , they did quickly book a theory test for a few weeks later that’s got them a one star for that hard work 😓 . I then passed my theory and heard nothing at all from them regarding organising a date or an instructor for my course . I booked a practical test in January and only then I got an email asking for a reference number which made no sense as why would I give them a reference number when they have done nothing for me at this stage in terms of organising .

I didn’t receive single call or text message they did prove they sent an email from December as didn’t see that email at the time but again this email only asked for a reference number not organising any actual service .

I got a few emails telling me that I wouldn’t be refunded because they did email me asking for a reference (how great of them ) and why would they chase me one email should be enough , awful customer service , awful organisation oh and they threatened to sue me for leaving a bad review , clown .

Don’t bother using these they couldn’t organise a sock drawer .

Quick and easy to organise, I got lessons on short notice and my instructor was fantastic! So glad I passed my test. Recommend Intensive Lessons 101%

Brilliant, I booked as a refresher course,
They done the rest in getting touch with drivers and booking a test, I passed exactly a month later

Was really struggling to get an Instructor to take me to my booked test, despite it being only a few weeks away Intensive Lessons sourced me a fantastic Instructor that really put me through my paces and gave me the confidence to finally succeed and pass my test. I cannot thank them enough
