This is a great company who make the whole process of getting your driving licence a breeze. My instructor was Musaffa who is an amazing instructor and is highly knowledgeable. Musaffas calm approach to teaching was great, he took me through everthing I needed to know so by test day I felt confident and relaxed and passed first time at Mill Hill test centre.

Communication was good at the start between nial and myself and the course was good but I feel like I was paired with a poor instructor for my needs. Mussafar was knowledgable and patient however did not take my feedback onboard several times and unfortunately his hygiene was so questionable that i felt uncomfortable during my lessons as in a small space as a car foul odours can affect concentration. I ultimately failed the test due to my own faults but i do believe that the preparation leading upto my test was poor

I have had a great experience with Intensive courses driving school. It took a few months to get a test booked however they made the process seamless and organised everything for me. It was very easy to communicate with chris, my instructor. I needed a no nonsense approach to driving as I’ve taken 4 tests over 6 years and been intermittently driving with my husband, so have picked up some bad habits and had low confidence. Chris gave me constructive feedback but gave me enough confidence to enable me to feel ready for my test. He didn’t overcomplicate anything, which is a problem I have had in the past, and had great knowledge of my test area. Ultimately he made me feel like I was ready to drive independently, not just ready to pass the test. I passed with no faults at Mill Hill on Christmas Eve eve. A Christmas miracle. Thank you Chris.

Wow, amazing driving school. From the onset Noel was very prompt responding to my enquiries, he was really informative and positive towards my concerns about my age being a more mature learner.

My instructor Mussafar exceeded my expectations. He was truly amazing at teaching me to drive, always positive and exceptionally encouraging, when I doubted myself. I couldn’t have achieved my goal, if it was not for his kind caring nature. I would highly recommend intensive courses driving school and Mussafar my instructor.
I passed my test on today, with 2 minors after almost 10 years of trying.

Had a licence from another country, discussed plan of action with Intensive courses. They selected the correct number of hours (were pragmatic!), booked the test and assigned a quality instructor. Passed first time! Great experience!

It was very difficult to get a test date, and I don't think I would have been able to without Intensive. Chris was a very good instructor, professional and patient.

Ravi is THE BEST instructor I’ve had (and I’ve had a few! ). From the first time I got into the car, to my test he is calm, encouraging and always positive. I can be a bit of a nervous nelly about driving and I’ve had instructors in the past make me feel stupid for doing something wrong, but Ravi has a great way of making you feel you can do anything with ease. He also has some super tips for manoeuvres and a great sense of humour to go with it all! I passed first time thanks so much to you, Ravi. Gaynor at Intensive courses was always very responsive and was a great help when I encountered issues the first time around. Thank you everyone!

I wouldn't recommend this company.
I deposit my money and didn't recieve any calls to book an instructor as stated on the website.i got a text saying what is please tell us your test dates which I had didn't request.i call them and ask why they needed that they told me so they can book it for you which I find doesn't make sense and instead was just away to ask for a next payment.
When I refused to do that because I had already booked my test they told me send in a cancellation email and then reply by saying the money is non refundable.i believe the email was to have proof of me saying am.canceling.
I have lost my money and if they had taken a percentage I wouldn't mind but they took everything without offering an option.

My experience with intensive driving from start to finish has been nothing short of excellent. Glenn, over my two week driving course got me exactly where I needed to be to confidently and successfully take my test. He was cool, calm, collected and very understanding. Honest and open with how progress was going and very encouraging. Superb! Intensive driving is the way to go, highly recommend.

Everyone involved did an excellent job. The team who organised my lesson and tests and my instructor, Mike, were superb. Overall very happy.

I'm putting 1 star due to the failure of delivery of service, no communication via the agent given to me, promises of test that was never delivered, once I moved they totally ignored all contact tried by me, then within a request of refund they say it takes 10 days and it's over a month and I only got half my money back, I would stay away from this company and use a more professional company that delivers what you pay for

I signed up for an intensive driving course and paid £350 to have them book my test and find an instructor. Honestly, I later realized I could have done all of this myself. The £350 is essentially for something you can easily manage on your own – booking a test date and finding an instructor.

My main issue, however, was with the instructor they assigned to me. He had a very negative and aggressive demeanor, which made me feel uncomfortable and unready for the test. I decided to cancel my test because I didn’t feel confident at all due to the instructor’s attitude.

When I contacted the company to request a refund, I was passed around in circles. I was told they were a third-party service and that I needed to contact the instructor myself for a refund. If I’m paying a third-party company to organize this for me, I expect them to handle the communication with the instructor, not leave it up to me. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally processed my refund for the test and remaining lessons – but only after emailing the instructor on my behalf (with me copied in).

In the end, I’m glad I got my money back, but the process was frustrating and time-consuming. Be aware that once they take your money, they basically leave you to handle everything yourself. If you want a test date, just wake up every Monday at 6 a.m. and try to book a cancellation slot. Find your own instructor locally and pay them directly.

To the team: Please don’t bother replying with the usual ‘you contacted us too late’ excuse, because I know exactly what you’re going to say. I’ve heard it all before. I just wish I could attach the screenshots of the back-and-forth emails to show how unhelpful and disorganised this experience was.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company entirely.

After multiple failed attempts over a span of 10 years due to my anxiety- I opted for an intensive course over 3.5 weeks with Musaffar who was a great teacher, helped me focus on my weaknesses and reassured me I could do it and today I did! A big relief, would hugely recommend doing your lessons with him, thanks again

Steve was a great instructor. He’s a very patient and knowledgeable person who explains everything in a very straightforward and retainable way. I passed my test first time. I really would never have been able to do so if he hadn’t been as good as he clearly is at his job.

Shams was a brilliant driving instructor - always giving clear instructions, explaining things clearly, and identifying the areas I was struggling with but not over-highlighting them so I remained calm and focused. I was so happy to pass! Thank you so much.

Shams is the best teacher. He is incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. I started my driving a very nervous driver and he has coached me to become much more confident. I was thrilled to pass my test today on my first try with 3 minors. I do not have my own car, and so I did all my driving with shams. I am certain this great result was all his efforts. The office is also amazing and so helpful; I had to reschedule my test several times and it was never a problem. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with this company.

Would highly recommend Intensive Courses. I had Jay as my instructor and he was really good. Always calm during the lessons and never put any pressure on me. He also made sure the lessons were always stress-free which helped me pass my manual test first time! Overall I've only had good experiences and would highly highly recommend to everyone.
