È stata la nostra prima esperienza con l'interpretazione simultanea online, e inizialmente eravamo un po' nervosi. Fortunatamente, il servizio e la qualità si sono rivelati eccezionali: il manager è stato sempre disponibile, fornendo risposte complete e precise a tutte le nostre domande. Il tecnico ha iniziato il suo lavoro poco prima dell'evento ed è rimasto costantemente in contatto, segnalando immediatamente eventuali problemi e aiutandoci a risolverli, senza contare tutti i test e i controlli effettuati il giorno precedente! Gli interpreti sono stati eccellenti, con una qualità di traduzione altissima e praticamente in tempo reale. Da sottolineare anche l'applicazione: intuitiva, affidabile e semplice da usare. Un servizio davvero impeccabile, 10 su 10!

As an interpreter, it is very important to communicate with your interpreting partner and with the tech team, Interactio provides this and is also very user friendly and provides a smooth experience with high quality audio and video. PMs, tech support and admin personnel are friendly and top notch. I am always delighted to work using this platform. Users are also very happy with it.

All the staff at Interactio (both in the UK and abroad) have always been efficient, positive, respectful and polite when dealing with me as an interpreter, with most queries being replied to promptly, and each member of staff fulfilling their role in a satisfactory manner. As an interpreter with more than 35 years of experience in the field, I feel I am in a position to soberly assess anyone delving into the domain of conference facilitation. INTERACTIO is such an initiative. Relying on solid, state-of-the art technogy and vitally supported by a very efficient team of people, INTERACTIO has never ceased to pleasantly amaze me: impeccable organization, unblelievable efficiency of invariably every person I have happened to liaise with as part of assignments, trustworthiness beyond compare, absolute correctness of exchange in every possible aspect, absolute integrity of a constantly updated and perfected software are but some of the things I have come to promptly associate with INTERACTIO. the event went overall very well. It did not take too long for participants to understand how to connect etc .. and the quality of the translations were very good ! Thank you also for your flexibility in organizing the event.
