It was great working with the team at Interactio! They were all quick and reliable with communication and made the process so easy for my team and me! Our event needs were to translate Brazilian Portuguese to English. We had very positive feedback from our event attendees :)

We utilize Interactio for our Sunday church services and they have been an incredible company with very kind employees and an excellent experience. We love working with them!

Our church was suddenly without our regular live translation program just days before one of the biggest days in our year - Easter! After quickly researching some options online a friend referred me to Interactio. Julian, our rep, was so incredibly helpful to us in getting things figured out for us and up & running by Good Friday evening. We were able to provide live Spanish translation of our English worship services to our Spanish-speaking community without a hitch! I'm so appreciative of the help you provided and the whole system works easily.

My one disappointment is that the online troubleshooter or Organizer's Manual isn't operational. If we have questions, or need to try and teach someone else, we have nothing to look at to figure out the answers.

Great team, available to help and answer questions as well as to give feedback and suggestions on how things can be improved. Our experience has been high quality and hasn't disappointed us.

The Interactio team, and in particular Giovanni and Simona, took care of every detail for the organisation of our events in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. Before and during the events, they were always highly responsive and very attentive to our needs.

On a more technical note, the platform works very well for multilingual events and the technical support during the events is fantastic! We would recommend integrating the break-out rooms in the event itself, hiding the chatboxes between interpreters and technicians from the moderators and making links in the chatbox clickable.

From the beginning, our experience with INTERACTIO here at Compassion Christian Church has been amazing! We have been able to reach the Latinos through the App, not only inside the sanctuary but anywhere in the world!!! Julian at Interactio made the process so smooth and easy and, he always responds quickly and accurately. We are blessed that the Lord is breaking the language barrier by using this App.

We really love this software. First of all the customer service is very helpful. They answer immediately and help until we fix the problem. We have been using it for almost a year and works very well. We are able to interpreter in a different language in our Church. The sounds is very good. It is real time. Happy with them.

I have to expressed how happy we are with the choice of interactio , the customer service is on point with all our needs!! The platform is easy to create event and the main point is we can translate from Spanish to English!! Highly recommended if you are looking for a great service don’t hesitate, you will never regret your decision!!

The only less positive thing was that we did test with one person and in the event we had a different technical support. One of the interpreter was also better than the other, but in generally all worked super fine.

I love this APP and far more the customer service provided is the best!
Julian has been so helpful. He has taken my calls on his days off and has been so patient with me through my learning experience. I will recommend Interactio to everyone I know. BESTINTERPRETING APP EVER

The overall experience is wonderful. Everyone treats you the same, friendly and professional. They always offer refreshers on the use of the platform, promptly answer questions, concerns. They walk the extra mile and them some to obtain materials for assignments. They give their best to the interpreters and the clients.

We had very good experience working with Interactio platform for a multilingual conference. The company was very caring for our needs. The quality of audio delivery was excellent. They professionally managed the event.

I used Interactio for Japanese to English translation on a live, unscripted event and it went great! The interpreters did very well and there were no technical issues. It was very easy for listeners to access the audio.
