Always a friendly, professional service with Inter Hearing. On previous visits to the NHS facilities where they operated in Shrewsbury, I challenged I.H. to operate thru Mayfair Community Centre, in Church Stretton with it's high proportion of retirees needing wax removal & other services. This now happens to the mutual benefit of all concerned. Just a pity the microsuction isn't normally available through the NHS!

Very comfortable and useful satisfactory visit.

I had expected to be able to hear clearly after the procedure but was told that it could take a few days. Unfortunately, after 4 days I'm no better off but £65 poorer

Great location and felt very relaxed with Stephanie. She was very professional. One of my ears was very blocked and she spent time getting it cleared. Other ear was not so bad, but she did both of them.

I recently took the gentleman i care for, for ear wax microsuction at Warrington Jubilee Park. The procedure was explained clearly, and Josh the audiologist, was brilliant, totally understanding and very patient. I highly recommend Interhearing.

I was seen by nurse Margaret Docherty, who explained everything clearly and was happy to take her time to answer all my questions. She put me at ease and the whole operation was done quickly and very effectively. I would certainly recommend her.

Quick,effective treatment by a very pleasant professional.

Helen is extremely professional - and the use of the IPad and Camera is very helpful in helping to understand my ears.

I had a build up of wax in both ears,particularly my right ear, which was affecting my hearing. I saw Judy today at Radbrook Green Shrewsbury,and after a nice friendly chat, she suctioned the wax out of both ears, and eureka i could hear again !. Will always go to Interhearing,would,nt go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to see Judith at Radbrook Shrewsbury for many years now and cannot fault her service and professionalism in any way. Always on time and a friendly smile to go with it. I’ve recommended Judith at Interhearing many times.

Excellent service as always, been with them for 12 years now. Never a problem to get an appointment - flexible, accommodating and efficient. Not rushed or any jargon, but will talk and explain, and listen to any questions you may have - excellent practice, which makes the whole experience more person centred and unique.

Helen put us at ease, explained everything, she even showed us our ears before and after on the computer when she cleaned them. My husband Malcolm was nervous because he has scarring in his one ear and had a bad experience when he was younger but he said he will go back to have them done again with interhearing.
