Assinei o aplicativo Interior AI por uma semana e não há serviço disponível. Recebi um link no e-mail encaminhado, e ele me direciona para uma espécie de serviço gratuito e incompleto. Quando faço o upload de uma foto e escolho o tipo de lugar - por exemplo, sala de estar - não há nenhuma simulação e aparece a mensagem "A tabela de preços não está mais disponível". Depois de pagar US $ 9,90 por uma semana (conforme mostrado na impressão anexada), está aparecendo "gratuito". E não há opção alternativa para clicar e reclamar ou com quem falar, porque é no-reply. Pelo nome da empresa que recebeu o pagamento, localizei um suposto email de contato da fsavl que dá erro. Ou seja, vendendo serviço pelo Instagram sem entregar. Levaram meu dinheiro. Não caiam nessa de app de decoração no Instagram.

Disappointing experience – Limited features and no trial option. I expected much more from Interiorai based on what promo materials I could see.

The platform is quite limited in functionality, and key features like "Edit" and "Smart Edit" for images don’t seem to work at all. This made the user experience frustrating and unproductive.

What’s more disappointing is the lack of a free trial - you're forced to purchase a full month without the ability to test the platform first.

Overall, it didn’t meet expectations and felt like a missed opportunity.

I subscribed to InteriorAI hoping for a useful tool to help visualize home renovations. Unfortunately, the results were poor and generic, and the platform doesn’t offer any trial to test it first.

What’s worse, there’s no real support or valid contact email – only an automated "don’t reply" address. After canceling my subscription immediately, I tried to request a refund, but they don’t allow it, even if you’re a first-time user who’s clearly dissatisfied.

⚠️ If you’re considering using InteriorAI, be aware: no trial, no refund, no way to contact anyone.

I’ve submitted a complaint through my bank and will escalate this through EU consumer channels.
Disappointing and unprofessional.
