Fast, helpful, and super professional. Nothing to complain about at all

we chose dubai for our move. we had a thousand questions. the team at intermark global showed incredible patience. they helped us understand the neighborhoods and types of properties. in the end, we bought a wonderful apartment. but most importantly, they also helped us obtain residency visas for the whole family. it was a comprehensive service that took a huge weight off our shoulders. we are immensely grateful for such support.

When Vision Manchester went into administration, I was shocked — but what made it worse was Intermark’s response. At first, they offered so-called “solutions”, like asking me to pay more money to buy a different apartment. How could they expect me to trust them again after what happened to my original investment?

I had already paid a significant deposit, and instead of protecting buyers or being transparent, Intermark vanished from the picture. There was no real help, no responsibility taken, and no empathy toward buyers who lost thousands.

To make things worse, I’m now classified as an unsecured creditor, left hoping for a fraction of my money back. All while Intermark acts like they have no role in what happened.

If you’re thinking of buying through Intermark — think twice. When things go wrong, don’t expect them to stand by you.

I turned to intermark global for advice on investing in off-plan property in dubai. and i was impressed by the depth of their analysis. they provided me with a comparison of several developers, not only by price, but also by potential returns, management quality, and even possible risks. you can feel that they have extensive experience and a deep understanding of the market. i didn’t just buy an apartment, i made a well-considered investment.

I contacted Intermark on a colleague's recommendation, as I was looking for reliable investments abroad. After a thorough market analysis, they proposed a property in Bali with stable returns. The lawyers accompanied me at every stage, including completing the deal 'turnkey'. The documents took longer, but this is a peculiarity of the local bureaucracy. The team was always available , explaining everything calmly and without pressure. I want to specifically highlight the respect for my decisions; they listen to the client. The deal is done , and I am receiving income. I can confidently recommend them.

Interbank Global, former Savills, in particular Ekaterina Orlova and Irina Mosheva, created a lot of problems for its investors with their projects with LivLodges (Mitchell Barney) and Havelock 1 (Sean Cohrane) who both went bankrupt and owe huge sums to their investors. Hundreds of them now initiated litigation against the latter. And hopefully we will judge Intermark/Savills in court. For their unprofessional due diligence and amazing disrespect to their clients. Be careful about what they sell!

About a year and a half ago I got an idea to buy an apartment somewhere near Valencia. My friends recommended Intermark and convinced me that the agency was the best. I am sceptical person in general but still I wrote to them.

My request was not an easy one: three bedrooms, sea view, fixed budget and a school for children in close proximity. Two days later, agent Elena sent me five options . These were not just commonplace boring projects but really worthy real estate. The price of one of the apartments was even below market, the owner was in hurry to sell. It seems that the agency has access to some closed channels.

Bureaucratic procedures followed: documents, taxes, due diligence… I would be lost for sure. But Intermark gave me clear instructions: to sign here, to pay there, to wait. The agency even requested the seller to lower the price as some slight layout deviations were found during the verification.

But the most difficult part started after the purchase. It turned out that one needed a ton of papers to get a residence permit in Spain. I imagined myself running from one authority to another, but the Intermark team came to my rescue and assigned their lawyer. A week later, I had a complete set of documents, and a month later, I got an approval of a residence permit. They even found a school for my children : sent three options with ratings and reviews.

Other reviewers have mentioned logistics experts sometimes fail to reply for several days, and it’s true. It must be because of the workload. But when I faced a problem with a customs declaration and wrote to them asking for help, they sent me a detailed explanation with an example and notes in less than an hour.

Conclusions I’ve reached:

Intermark is not “wow, we’re the best” but “yes, we’ll get things done”. They do not promise the earth, they just work, properly and skillfully. And that is why they are really the best on the foreign market.

I have personally made sure of that based on my experience. And I’m positive that if I needed to choose an agency again, I would definitely choose Intermark.

I've been dreaming of relocating to Turkey since the first time I've ever visited for my MSc, and it's been 7 years already. The process of learning the language to an extent (and let's be honest, saving money) was tedious but I knew that in the long run it will have been worth it.

In my time I've bought 2 apartments in my hometown but it doesn't come near acquiring real estate abroad. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an off-plan property, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding support I received from Kamran and Feisal. From the very first conversation to the completion of my purchase, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and stress-free.

Both Kamran and Feisal demonstrated an incredible depth of knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. I initially trusted Intermark Global when they advised me that investing in the Vision Tower apartment would be a great opportunity. Based on their recommendations, I went ahead and paid the reservation fee and the first payment. However, a few months later, I received the shocking news that the project had gone into administration.

Since then, I have repeatedly asked Intermark for solutions, but their response has been both frustrating and disappointing. They provided a letter of guarantee stating they would return a percentage of my money, but only if I reinvested in another apartment with them. Essentially, they expect me to put my money back into the same company that failed to perform due diligence in the first place. To make matters worse, the developer wants me to invest in a high-cost apartment so that they can waive their fees in order to return my money, which makes absolutely no sense to me.

I was expecting at least some minimal investment from Intermark’s side, considering it was their mistake that led to this situation. Instead, they’ve offered no real solutions, only the option to invest more money with them in a desperate attempt to recover what was lost.

Additionally, the law firm they recommended, Arch Law, has been of no help whatsoever. It seems Intermark has no leverage with them, and they haven’t been able to provide any useful or beneficial information.

In a recent call with the joint administrator, I learned that I am an unsecured creditor and that my apartment was not even registered as secured. This means if my claim is approved, I may only receive a fraction of my original investment.

While it might be a personal choice for others to work with Intermark, my experience has been far from what I expected. They appeared to be trying to help but in reality had no real solutions to offer unless I agreed to reinvest with them. It’s deeply disappointing, and I would advise others to think carefully before engaging with them.

A friend referred them to me.... My residence permit in Portugal took only  few months to be issued 💥. Price tag is reasonable...... On top of that, the communication was warm and fun! 🧡 Thank you very much Miss Pinkhasik and if I ever need such services again, I will only contact Intermark in the future 👏
 

I have found Intermark's services to be highly impressive - from sourcing excellent deals to their solid connection with all the renowned developers on the ground - resolving all areas of concern, expeditiously. In particular, Kamran Tufail, whom I have been dealing with, is extremely thorough in his research and has always been available to advise every step of the way. He co-attended all calls with the developer, seller and legal counsel on the transaction and has undoubtedly gained my trust with his expertise in the field and honesty. I look forward to closing many deals with him as my agent in the UK.
