Intermark is a reliable agency that I have personally used, as have several of my friends, for purchasing property abroad. While the options on the market may seem roughly similar, what sets Intermark apart is their thorough analysis and honest representation of properties. They take the time to truly understand their clients' needs and preferences, and work diligently to find the best fit.
What I have appreciated most about working with Intermark is their commitment to their clients, even after a sale is completed. They do not simply abandon you once the transaction is done, but remain available to provide support and guidance as needed.
Overall, I have been satisfied with the service and expertise provided by Intermark. I would not hesitate to use their services again when get the final result of investment vs expected on paper.

As an investor i am not happy with the work of Intermark. Investment plan they presented looked good on a paper mediated by Intermark investment advisers , but it turns out as a big problem. It has been almost 6 month since i last received my payments. Intermark advisors don't show a lot of endeavours in solving this issue. From my point of view - worst investment experience.

In July 2024, LivLodges (Intermark’s UK partner, for whom they find investors) experienced payment issues, and this situation remains unresolved for over 2.5 months.

Both Intermark and LivLodges lack reliable information about the issue and have failed to provide transparent communication or supporting documents to substantiate their claims. No official representatives have contacted us, nor have they offered clear solutions to resolve the problem. The only option presented to us was to renegotiate our current agreements with LivLodges, but with no terms provided. We were simply asked to terminate our existing contracts and sign new ones without knowing the details.

This lack of transparency has misled investors and left customers uninformed about the status of the partnership and its impact on business operations. As a result, a group of investors is currently preparing a class action lawsuit to defend their rights.

Based on this experience, I strongly discourage working with Intermark on any of their projects, as the consequences could be severe.

As someone who has a full schedule, I felt informed and taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with Ekatrina, Kristina, and Kamran, and they were all extremely knowledgable and helpful.
