Pàgina de referÚncia de compra per mi

No serà l'última vegada que hi compri. Tenen molta varietat de productes i els preus estan molt bé. No és el lloc més econòmic però tampoc el més car, però el fet de poder comprar tot en un sol lloc ho compensa. També comentar que tot bé molt ben empaquetat i amb mostres de regal! Recomano molt la pàgina!

Estoy muy contenta con Internacional Cosmetics. Llevo mucho tiempo con ellos y siempre he recibido una atención excelente. Me gusta todo: la calidad de los productos, el trato amable y el buen servicio. Son muy profesionales y siempre quedo satisfecha. ¡Los recomiendo totalmente!

El tema del regalo es engañoso

No le pongo mas estrellas porque no esta bien decir que al llegar a determinado importe recibirás un regalo y que ese regalo sea un sobrecito de muestra de un gel limpiador?? Perdón?? Me parece engañoso. Yo recibí lo que pedí y si no me hubieran prometido lo que no es lo valoraría con mas estrellas, pero francamente me quedé a cuadros.

Awful treatment and service

Hello,well you don’t have to read much review to see how this company runs their business and treat their clients.
The lack of respect is appalling.
I received 2 broken products and they say it’s impossible,the courier would have noticed it,they didn’t spill enough liquid
.
Just outrageous.

They don’t care about a bad review here either.
Myself,i will continue spreading my complaint until i get the refund of my money: 47,80€.

A company that damages its reputation for 47,80€.

Our company will never operate under threats, even when they come in the form of a surprising collection of late-night emails promising negative reviews unless an immediate refund is issued. We understand that 4 a.m. may seem like an excellent time to launch a digital crusade, although perhaps not the ideal moment to assess a situation with complete objectivity.

What is particularly curious is that, despite having placed only one order — delivered correctly in less than 24 hours — your very first contact was not to request assistance, support, or a replacement, but rather to demand a refund accompanied by warnings about the reputational damage you intended to cause if we did not comply.

Regarding the alleged issue, we must admit that the images provided are truly fascinating from a physical and scientific perspective: two supposedly broken products with nearly 200 ml of spilled liquid — 30 ml of it a striking bright pink — yet both individual white product boxes remain practically immaculate, decorated only with two discreet droplets “artistically” splashed from top to bottom, the invoice perfectly clean, and the outer shipping box completely undamaged. All this after what was supposedly a major liquid spill inside a cardboard package. Honestly, quite an extraordinary phenomenon.

For this reason, we kindly suggest a simple home experiment: voluntarily pour 200 ml of liquid — including 30 ml of bright pink fluid — inside a white product box and then inside a shipping carton. We are quite confident the result will help explain why your version of events appears, at the very least, difficult to support.

We have been handling genuine transport incidents for many years and, interestingly enough, when parcels truly contain broken products, courier companies immediately classify them as damaged goods. They do not deliver “perfectly presentable” boxes with a few decorative droplets on them; they return them destroyed, soaked, deformed, and leaking inside protective bags to avoid damaging the rest of the shipment. Apparently, gravity, liquids, and cardboard behave somewhat differently depending on the recipient.

As for us, please have no doubt that we will always take responsibility for ensuring our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. Fortunately, we ship hundreds of parcels every day, and genuine breakage incidents occur perhaps once or twice a year. What we will not do, however, is give in to threats, pressure, or inconsistent claims — especially when, from the very first email, it was made perfectly clear that no assistance, replacement, or solution was desired beyond an immediate refund obtained under pressure.
