Amber is truly exceptional. She matched us with a surrogate within one week, which is almost unheard of, as most agencies take months. Unfortunately, the first surrogate could not proceed for medical reasons, but Amber immediately found us another surrogate, again within one week. That level of speed, dedication, and problem-solving is remarkable.
What really sets Amber apart is how thorough, honest, and direct she is. She was very transparent about the different surrogates and clearly has extensive experience working with many different types of intended parents. As a male couple, we felt fully supported and confident that she genuinely cared about finding the right match. Even later in the process, she stayed closely involved and made sure everything continued to move smoothly.
Her support team, Emma, Coral, and David, were also excellent and handled the administrative work, escrow coordination, and logistics efficiently and professionally.

I am a first time surrogate, so when I was searching for a trusted agency I was extremely nervous because I had very little knowledge of the process. During my search I seen the reviews for Smart Surrogancy which I thought were too good to be true, because the reviews were beyond amazing.
Shortly, after beginning the process I was truly amazed at the professionalism, knowledge, support, encouragement, accuracy, efficient time management, and communication that was provided. I often found myself wondering when the other shoe would drop and I am glad to say that it never did. From the first meeting to the present Smart Surrogacy has remained persistent.
The entire team is amazing but Amber and Emma have truly been a joy to work with. There is not a time of day where I am unable to reach either of them, honestly it is 11pm my time right now and if I sent them a message right now with any concerns I have no doubt that they would respond. There are no questions that go unanswered, all concerns are addressed immediately, and they both have been extremely supportive. Truthfully, there are no words that could express my gratitude for this agency. I am Shirley and my husband is Tony. We are a couple that lives in NYC. We were referred to Smart Surrogacy by our clinic New Hope Fertility. We had been thinking about doing surrogacy for years. However, as we could not find an agency that we felt like we could trust and we were not able to proceed for years.  We met  Amber and her team online and we both felt immediately that we could trust them. 

The team was able to match me with a medically cleared surrogate right away. We proceeded and everything went extremely smoothly. We had a successful embryo transfer and we had a great pregnancy and birth. 

Now our son is 2 years old now. In our eyes, the Smart Surrogacy team is our family. We have an agreement that whoever from their team comes to NYC will be taken great care of by our family! 

We would not have our son if we did not meet Smart Surrogacy team. We are grateful to them forever.

I really loved working with Smart Surrogacy because they have surrogates ready and available to go, there’s no waiting a year. Amber, the owner, also lets you review the profiles before committing, but you are going to want to commit, because it will be the fastest journey will ever go on. Once we signed on, and got everything going, we had our son within a year! paperwork, legal work, transfer, pregnancy, and birth all within a year! Amber is very responsive, you can even text her and she will respond right away. We are getting ready for our second journey with Smart Surrogacy, and I already have a surrogate, ready to go, and she’s even already cleared by my clinic. I’m so excited to start my second journey with Smart Surrogacy.
