Estoy extremadamente decepcionada con la calidad del servicio prestado. Durante la consulta, la especialista me interrumpía constantemente, prácticamente no me daba la oportunidad de expresarme e ignoraba mis preguntas. Tuve la impresión de que simplemente estaba leyendo un texto aprendido de memoria sin tener en cuenta mi situación.

Le pedí que me aumentara la dosis, ya que el medicamento no me duraba lo suficiente. No me dieron una respuesta clara a esta pregunta. En lugar de un diálogo constructivo, la especialista siguió hablando ella sola y finalmente terminó la llamada sin ofrecer ninguna solución ni explicación — simplemente colgó el teléfono y no volvió a llamar, aunque yo estaba esperando que continuáramos la conversación.

Después de esta situación, me asignaron nuevamente una hora para la consulta, pero a la hora acordada nadie me llamó. Esperé 30 minutos, llamé y escribí mensajes, pero no recibí respuesta ni ese día ni hasta el día de hoy.

Al final, pagué por el servicio y no recibí ni la receta ni ninguna respuesta. Considero que este nivel de servicio es poco profesional y una falta total de respeto hacia el cliente.

Very Impressive services. Highly recommend.

Arrived in Barcelona for a conference for 5 days by day 4 I new something was wrong. I was in agony and couldn't attend last day. Found this website and connected on WhatsApp. Received an immediate response. Advised my symptoms. Doctor was here within the hour! Impressive.. Very polite English speaking Dr and thorough. "Raul" thank you!! Severe Urine infection!! Antibiotics issued. Forever thankful.

Medical urgency in Madrid

We had an excellent experience with International Doctor 24H Madrid during an emergency related to severe gastrointestinal problems. Dr. Gonzalez assisted my son Guilherme promptly and stayed with him throughout the entire treatment while he was on IV fluids. He was attentive, reassuring, and highly professional, carefully monitoring my condition at all times. He also truly enjoyed their conversation about football, which helped put him at ease during a very difficult moment. Dr. Gonzalez, you are amazing. Thank you for your kindness, dedication, and outstanding care.

I can not recommend this

I can not recommend this. They sent me to a private hospital ER instead of a doctor. Nobody speaks english, everything is typed into google translate. Massive wait time and no service from them. These people are making money with people who require medical help and offer no service. There are international doctors in Seville I could have gone to.

Contacted for a blocked ear /infection. Discussed over Whatsapp. At first they asked me if I would like a doctor to attend my home but I said no, because I had basically done everything at home. They then asked me for a picture of my passport, which I sent on whatsapp as requested. I was the told that,

"The cost will depend on what you need exactly. If it’s just the doctor’s consultation, it will be about 300 euros more or less, but if you need any kind of complementary test or medication, it would be on top of that." as per direct message. So, I got in a taxi and drove to Vithas Madrid as instructed. On arrival, I went into the ED. I speak Spanish but not fluent yet, the assistant behind the counter in ED could not have been more helpful when she informed me that the clinic I wanted was "right next door." That...was when any pleasantness finished. As soon as I attended the building next door, I was greeted by an extremely unfriendly receptionist. Her behaviour was absolutely disgusting and she would not, did not, could not speak a word of English. This is of course Spain, why would she? Well because I was told this centre was multilingual (as per their website.) None of my information had been sent through as I was told it was. I then, got given the phone to a representative from the 24/7 who, very rudely told me to go to ED. I told her I did. I went there first and was told to come here. Now, remember the 300 consultation fee? No. Instead they charged my credit card 750 EUROS! I saw the Dr, was in the room for about 8 minutes whilst he syringed my ear. After this, I was told that I would have to get my money back once I got back to Australia? No guidance on what to do, no follow up and complete and utter confusion. Do not use this service. It was a nightmare of being treated like a piece of rubbish, then insulted, then feeling like you had been scammed. Absolutely awful. Still reeling from it. To be honest, and I have travelled a lot...so much for their HASSLE FREE experience. I have never felt more hassled, insulted and scammed in many years.

Let us clarify what happened: our team does speak English, and we work with top-tier medical centers for emergency cases like yours. Rather than making you wait a long time for better hours to access an English-speaking facility, we prioritized getting you immediate care at an available center. In this particular case, Vithas has a pre-authorization deposit policy of 750€ to cover potential costs, with the difference refunded afterward. We understand the receptionist didn't explain this well, which added to your confusion.

Your actual consultation cost was indeed around 300€ as originally quoted. The remaining amount should have been or will be refunded by the center. You should receive (or may have already received) the official invoice for the 300€ to submit to your insurance.

We recognize the communication breakdown and reception experience fell short of our standards. While we can't control how each partner facility operates, your feedback helps us address these coordination issues. We're genuinely sorry this experience left you feeling mistreated. Rest assured we're working to improve communication with these centers.

NOT TO USE!!!!

My partner was having a severe ear infection in the middle of the night. Having a baby we decided to use an international doctor service ro come to the house. At 12.15 we confirmed by whatssap and was said the doctor would be there in 95 min more or less.... At 5 am ( 300 min!!!!)a doctor arrived who couldnt speak a word of english. After checking her he gave her a shot of tramadol to ease the pain. That same injection have of consequence my partner being even more sick and vomitting all day. And finally, cherry on the cake, they charged us 20 euro for no reason.
In conclusion the service was horribly late ( more than 3h late), made thing worst and made us pay more.
To avoid at all cost, still wairing to talk to someone in charge to make a formal complain

I contacted your service at 12:15 a.m

I contacted your service at 12:15 a.m. due to a severe ear infection and was told a doctor would arrive within 95 minutes for 130€. Instead, the doctor arrived at 5:00 a.m., more than four hours late, and then charged 150€.

He did not speak any English and administered a very strong injection (Tramadol) despite knowing I had an empty stomach. This caused severe vomiting for over 24 hours, and I ultimately had to go to the hospital emergency department as a result.

The service was unacceptable — extremely late, overcharged, and the treatment left me in a worse condition than before the doctor arrived. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Kundige pragmatische dokter die ons heeft ontzorgd

Spanje sept 2025
Binnen een uur was dr Abu Siam Sawaki er en heeft kundig en pragmatisch gehandeld en ons helemaal ontzorgd. Zelf hadden wij dit allemaal nooit kunnen regelen binnen zo’n kort tijdsbestek.

Het ging om plotselinge doofheid gepaard met veel pijn aan oren van een 78 jarige. De dokter nam alle tijd voor een goede intake en vermoedde een blokkering door overmatig oorsmeer. Heeft druppels voorgeschreven om het zacht te maken en antibiotica om ontsteking te voorkomen. Bekeek ook goed welke medicijnen ze al gebruikte.

De dokter heeft terplaatse ook direct voor de volgende dag een afspraak gemaakt bij de KNO arts in het Xanit Vithas hospital in Benamaldena om de oren uit te laten spuiten.

De volgende dag zijn de oren uitgespoten en was het probleem verholpen. Ook de KNO arts bevestigde alles wat dr Abu ook had aangegeven inclusief om de antibiotica te gebruiken van wat hij zag in de oren en de last in de klieren om ontstekingen te voorkomen.

Mio figlio Ú stato ieri presso il centro di Barcellona. Gli sono stati chiesti 750 euro per una assicurazione che lui naturalmente non ha pagato. Però ha pagato in anticipo, prima ancora che venisse visto dal medico, un importo di 250 per una medicazione. Ha atteso 3 ore senza essere visto da nessuno poi ha dovuto rinunciare perché avrebbe perso l aereo. Spero mi vengano rimborsati 250 euro come da loro detto perché ho già contattato un avvocato per riavere quanto a me spettante.
Centro medico sconsigliatissimo!

TOTAL SCAM, do not use!

This was a total scam. DO NOT USE THEM. A man came to our house, asked me how I felt. When I said I had head pain, he put his hands on my head and squeezed it a couple times and asked if it hurt, then told me to put my head between my legs and then sit up. He asked me to stick out my tongue and used his iPhone flashlight to look in my eyes. No other questions, didn’t take my temperature, no blood pressure, nothing. He then recommended I got to a nearby clinic for a blood test. He called somebody and said, “my colleagues are waiting for you.” Then I had to pay him 130€ cash. He was there literally 5 minutes and did NOTHING but tell me to go to a clinic which I could’ve done in the first place and saved 130€. Then come to find out; the clinic he told me to go to where he “called his colleagues” is a pediatric clinic. I’m 51. So basically, it’s a TOTAL SCAM.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Our son became very ill during the night in Tenerife. They had a doctor out to us in less than an hour. After a very thorough check up, she prescribed the necessary medication and gave all receipts required for health insurers. Will definitely use again if needed and highly recommend this service.

Fast & reaponsive

I had a medical difficulty over days that continued to worsen until one Sunday afternoon, when it had to be addressed. I called the phone number, where I was able to explain my predicament in English. The associate explained the process and pricing, and I had a doctor who came to my hotel room in Málaga within the hour. He listened well and was sensitive to what I was experiencing, and ultimately prescribed medication that we could fill immediately. I also have a receipt to run everything through my home insurance in the US when I return.

Profit before health

Service seems geared up to push you to take an expensive private GP appointment then redirect you to a private hospital regardless of the situation. This might work for some situations but if you need A&E / urgencias / ER you could be putting both health and wallet at unnecessary risk.

When I called in a somewhat desperate state and gave my symptoms the only correct answer was go to urgencias/A&E. This is free for GHIC card holders in public hospitals but as this company won't profit from that they will channel you to their paid hospital without letting you know the financial consequences. If you pick up on this and say you need any nearby public hospital with urgencias they will stop replying. Meanwhile you're struggling to breathe and know where to go.

There is a place for private healthcare but if a company hides costs and pretends the free option doesn't exist whole you're struggling to breathe, I'd be very skeptical to pay a penny in other situations
