I had a terrible experience with this service.

I booked an appointment with a doctor to get a spanish prescription for a Mounjaro pen to continue my treatment. I was asked to confirm the correct dosage with my doctor overseas, that is following my treatment since the beggining, which I did. After confirming everything, I sent them my doctor's prescription with the correct dosage, but the doctor from Costa Medical Services still prescribed a lower dosage than the one I am currently using.

I followed up multiple times by email explaining that the dosage was incorrect and that I cannot reduce it, but they kept insisting that everything had been confirmed with the doctor and was correct.

I even practically begged for a phone call with the same doctor to properly clarify the situation, and they simply ignored my request.

This was a complete waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service!!!

Excellent services when i needed a doctor in Madrid. I made the appointment, very easy and has a good conversation with Dr Paulo who then issued me a prescription sent to my telephone. I used the prescription at the local pharmacy. All food. I was a little worried at the start as there were some bad reviews, but i called their number just before booking on Monday at 10am and I spoke to a lady called Eve, she answered all my questions. TOP SERVICE.

Professional personnel, was taken in charge quickly. The Dr; was very patient, took the time to hear my issues and suggested valuable piece of advice, moving forward I will be coming back to them with any health related issues I may face in the future! Great job!

Booked a same day appointment with the doctor, they called on time and listened to my problem. The doctor was very clear and undestanding and sent me a prescription for antibiotics via email. Great experience

The online consultation was incredibly convenient. Booking was easy, the videocall started on time, and the doctor was very professional. I got clear advice without having to leave my home. Highly recommended!!

Am i using the same service as the negative reviewers? I've just completed my second Drs appointment and everything so far has been life changing. The Dr the first time was thorough and the second time a bit faster but I'm going through my medicine regiment with almost no side effects and i feel amazing.

These drugs are wonderful things for humanity and for those of us with insulin resistance and food noise they are a blessing from deity --- and these Drs, at least for me in Spain, are providing a helping hand in my being able to have it in my life.

Used their service to try and get a prescription for medication that had run out. They said the dosage wasn't available and just substituted for another dosage. When I tried to question this, they just repeatedly said I would need to book another consultation with the doctor. Frankly, I'd be amazed if they actually had doctors working there, as there seems to be a completely unprofessional approach to healthcare.

I got the antibiotics I needed in spain for bladder infection easy enough but I was charged for 2 appointments. 1st appointment I made but the payment site crashed during payment and no confirmation screen, email, or reference no. Or anything to indicate successful payment and booking, so I went ahead and filled the form in again 2nd time but no confirmation oncr again. I phoned to let them know and was told Id be charged only for 1 appointment. I noticed I was charged twice but getting the refund was not a pleasant experience, the receptionist is rude and was blaming me for making 2 appointments and telling me they can't make the refund because I have a replacement bank card. I explained that they should refund and should apologise for an online payment system that isnt up to the job and doesnt follow the standard that we all expect, but she continied to be snappy, cutting me off and behaving like Im beneath her and just an annoyance. Atleast she said she'd contact accounts dept. But no reassurance, she'll get back to me and that they will sort it out. Horrible experience!
