Nathan was absolutely incredible...
Nathan was absolutely incredible to work with throughout our Inventory Planner setup. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel much easier to navigate.
What stood out most was that he truly seemed to care about our experience and making sure we were set up for success. Anytime an issue came up, Nathan took ownership, prioritized it, and made sure there was a clear plan in place to get it resolved.
I can’t thank him enough for all of his support and guidance. He made a huge difference in our onboarding experience, and I’m very grateful for the time and care he put into helping us.

Easy to Use, Can't live without it!
The demand forecasting tool of Inventory Planner has a great user interface, and now that we have got the settings perfect, we are very reliant on the information it provides to our suppliers and our wider team. Special mention to the excellent customer service of Teo who helped us troubleshoot and come up with the best solution for our business.

The Inventory Planner is a very deep tool
The Inventory Planner is a very deep tool, quite complex to apprehend but you can achieve miracles with it.

We also appreciate you being upfront about the learning curve — that complexity is something we're always working to make easier to navigate, without losing the depth that makes it so powerful.
I've been a customer since April 2000
I've been a customer since April 2000. No longer. They constantly raise the price of the software from when I first joined and I'm constantly having to reach out to support (which can take quite a while to get in contact with by they way). The support staff is operating on varying levels of knowledge and speed, but that's besides the point. The software hasn't been working since MAY 15th. That is 6 weeks ago. I reached out for a resolution and had to jump through a bunch of red tape. Two weeks ago I was told they FINALLY got some magic kind developer that apparently has a load of gate keepers and it's still not fixed. It doesn't sync correctly with Amazon. Your inventory levels are never correct. After Amazon receives a shipment IP says they variants are out of stock until Amazon checks them into their next warehouses. So when I go to make another order with my supplier I have to go one by one into Amazon to verify the stock. On top of that, they're showing WAY more stock than is available on other items. So for an owner who orders once or twice a month, and has a 30-40 window to receive the items into Amazon after ordering, needless to stay I'm constantly out of stock and am getting hit with low-inventory fees from Amazon. There are better products like Sellerboard available who will do what IP does and WAY moroe for 1/3 of the price. Avoid!

Hi Adam, thank you for the detailed feedback, and I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused — six weeks of inventory sync issues is not the experience we want you to have, especially with the real financial impact of Amazon's low-inventory fees.
We also hear you on the support experience — getting a clear answer shouldn't have taken this long, and that's feedback we're taking to heart as we work to do better.
To clarify what's been happening with the sync issue: Amazon recently made an unannounced change that affected how Inventory Planner accounts for FC (fulfillment center) transfers, which is causing the stock discrepancies you're seeing. Our team has identified the issue, and a fix has been escalated and is scheduled for release.

We have been using Inventory Planner for over three years now. The automated reporting has significantly reduced our team's workload, allowing them to focus on more strategic and creative decisions. After attending an excellent Inventory Planner webinar in Q2 of this year, we are now focused on moving away from our remaining spreadsheets and relying entirely on Inventory Planner for all our demand planning needs.

We've been using Inventory Planner as…
We've been using Inventory Planner as part of our Shopify operation and it has become an important tool for managing stock levels and forecasting demand.
The platform gives us much better visibility over purchasing decisions and helps ensure we maintain availability across our product range without overcommitting on inventory. The integration with Shopify has been straightforward, and the reporting tools provide useful insights for planning future orders.
We also have a custom integration between Peoplevox and Inventory Planner, which has made the flow of purchase orders extremely efficient. Together with Shopify, all three platforms work well in unison, allowing information to move smoothly through our purchasing and fulfilment processes.
Over the years, we've submitted several feature requests. Whilst these have sometimes taken time to progress and have required persistence on our part, the team has listened to feedback and the improvements have proved beneficial once released. We appreciate that development takes time, and it's encouraging to see customer suggestions ultimately make their way into the product.
The support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance, and the software continues to evolve with new features and improvements.
Overall, Inventory Planner has helped us make more informed inventory decisions and has become a valuable part of our operational workflow.

Very good experience with IP
We've had a very good experience using Inventory Planner. It has meaningfully improved our visibility across inventory performance, forecasting and purchasing, giving us greater confidence in stock decisions and helping us stay ahead of demand.
The platform is intuitive and easy to adopt, with Reporting being a particular strength, genuinely supporting commercial decision-making.
Our consultant Chan has been an excellent support throughout, especially as we added on more sales channels and operational processes! Some additional dashboards and a more seamless forecasting process around promotions that are not just BFCM or Xmas would be a great addition!

I have over 1,000 products from over 15 Countries around th World. With Inventory planner I can do my monthly replenishments for everything and create Purchase Orders in under an hour. I also recommend the Inventory Planner / Brightpearl plug in

Working seamlessly with Brightpearl
We have been using Inventory Planner for a couple of years now, adding it to our current tech stack alongside Brightpearl. It has been instrumental in our stock management giving insights with strong reporting features and seamless integration into Brightpearl.
Moving from Spreadsheets has had a learning curve but we are making quicker decisions without the need to export multiple reports.

Very happy with IP
Inventory Planner has been a great tool for helping us forecast sales trends and order stock more accurately for our business. It has saved us a huge amount of time and money, from inaccurate stock calculations, compared to manually analysing data through Excel spreadsheets. The interface makes reporting on sales data simple and easy to understand.
The integration with our ERP system also works well, and we like that it allows for manual syncs between systems when needed. Overall, it has helped improve efficiency and stock planning across the business.
