We've used Brightpearl for many years and have consistently been impressed with the level of service we receive.
The system enables streamlined inventory management, ordering, and reporting processes, all of which are integral to our business operations.
If ever we encounter an issue, the support team is always responsive and helpful.

The Brightpearl app is a robust and comprehensive solution that offers deep integration with both Shopify and Mirakl. It enables efficient management of Shopify POS and Mirakl transactions through dedicated channels within Brightpearl, while also supporting B2B sales operations.

We have been using Brightpearl for the last 2 years and have found the system good for supporting our day to day. It has helped us manage orders, fulfilment and inventory and although sometimes slow, have found the support to be helpful if an issue has arisen.

There a few missing features e.g. would be great to search orders by product name or SKU and more robust reporting would be good addition.

Brightpearl is an interesting product. Even though there are a issues with it, it makes it up by having exceptional support staff that are knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues that come up. Special shoutout to Mr. Harris. He has been a great help in resolving a ton of issues that pertain to our contact and company objects.

Brightpearl has been our ERP for the last 7 years and supported our company on large growth throughout this period. The team are always friendly and supportive and without Brightpearl we'd have struggled to achieve the growth we have had- very much recommend!

Switched to Brightpearl about 18 months ago. Overall a good experience. Some teething issues, but the support team is prompt and reliable with sorting most problems.

We are an international, multi-channel footwear/clothing distributor working with Brightpearl for nearly four years. Brightpearl has given us quicker, easier data around stock levels and customer demand that has allowed us to plan and buy better. Add-ins have allowed us to manage customer orders better too leading to seamless order, picking, despatch processes. As we expanded into Europe, Brightpearl has grown with us. Training and support were delivered well in the early stages and support and account management is still there whenever we need it. Availability and speed are good, or at least as good as our internet connection.

Good system

The demand forecasting tool of Inventory Planner has a great user interface, and now that we have got the settings perfect, we are very reliant on the information it provides to our suppliers and our wider team. Special mention to the excellent customer service of Teo who helped us troubleshoot and come up with the best solution for our business.

Brightpearl is a strong ERP system that allowed us to operate B2B, Online D2C, POS all in the same place.
The API connection is also strong and allowed us to build our own set of tools and analytics, while keeping Brightpearl at the source of thruth.
The Support team is very fast, helpful and comprehensive.

We have been with Brightpearl for coming up to 10 years nearly, and we have seen it grow and work with us over the years. We have seen very little trouble over the years with use, but where we have had a problem our account manager and technical account manager have always been available and supporting us quickly with full resolutions to the problems.
Shopify and Brighpearl have always worked well together, and Inventory Planner has also been a great addition helping with forecasting and stock analysis.

We work with Matt and Teo on a regular basis and always found them helpful and quick to respond. Matt in particular has been great with some of the technichal help and if he doesn't know the answer looping in with some of the other teams to support.
