Vanguard レビュー 

I give them 3 stars after I was robbed by Robin-hook via Citadel...the most crooked brokerage firm in the American history and around the world on earth.
( Robin-hook knows well about it!)
Vanguard can be better when they learn how to communicate with the investors.
Vanguard had extremely knowledgeable agent only when you are lucky to get through,but in general most of them are just average ( still better than Fidelity Di-vestments agents)

My experience with Vanguard has always been excellent. Recently I decided (unwisely) to consolidate my accounts in Charles Schwab, so I requested a rollover check from Vanguard. They were exceptionally professional and efficient, cutting my check within 24 hours. It has now taken Charles Schwab over a month to get that check deposited into my account, and I'm thinking I will probably move everything back to Vanguard because of their superior service and commitment to quality.

When you have an account with them, you can request a Care's Act withdrawal. I have does this a couple of times with no problems. He it is a week later (Monday October 19th at 1559 central time). I'm on my third call today and no one can find their supervisor. This a last resort for us and have never experienced issues in the past. Columbus Day is being claimed for the delay. I had to inquire to find out there was an issue. I don't understand why it was brought to my attention via email, text or call. Update 10-21-20. Check was supposed to be overnighted and in my hands as the 21st. Nope! It will be here tomorrow, before 1030. Well let's just hope so. Because the Bill Man does not like being paid. Wow, empty promise after empty promise.
