When you buy a new item it should be new, they sent me opened and somehow used one but the package was complete. To me, it's still usable and I didn't mind to keep the item but they offered me only "free return". Thanks you! I save my time and environment but it's not cool to pay full price for " second chance" item!

Update: I really can't remember this case anymore, but I remember I was looking for a middle ground solution. However, I got rally arrogant answer from your customer support and finally decided to follow up this with Amazon itself!

Mounting the VESA kit on my Sony TV (KDL 32W705B, 2015) was not staightforward. Although Sony said it was VESA compatible it did not have conventional spacing and I needed to get additional bits.
I got some very good advice from Invision customer support and the TV is now on the wall.

Great dual monitor arm, great customer service! After having received a package with missing parts, I contacted support and got help right away. I got clear instructions and a refund after returning. The way they handled it is great and I'm very happy with the dual monitor arm. Very solid and looks great on my desk!

We had a questions about mounting a new TV on an existing Invision wall bracket. Sent an email and got a same day response. When we asked another question, again the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I had bought I vision products before and been impressed with the quality and value for money. I contacted them by email to recommend a product for a specific application. The response was prompt, helpful and professional.

I had a problem with my monitor arm and contact the support. The support I experienced was kind and very helpful. I got a newer version of the monitor arm as a replacement which worked perfectly. At all times I felt that Invision's main priority is customer satisfaction. This customer support is the best experience I had among all the customer supports I experienced to date.

Had an issue with one of the arms, reached out to customer support and they were very helpful, lots of communication and suggestions to fix the issue. In the end a replacement part waws needed and was sent out. One of the better customer support expericences I have had
