Holiday was enjoyed , damage to mat in caravan as user had electric chair , carers didn't take photographic evidence , so lost £100 deposit , otherwise was a nice holiday , if very expensive !

We were all very impressed with this company.

IP employs really caring individuals who take the time to get to know their clients, listen to their needs and provide great service. They respect the client's home and build good relationships to become a good companion as well as a carer.

Mum is safe and looked after in her own home which is how she would want it. She can be difficult with advance dementia but the carers see to her needs in spite of this.

My parents have had live-in carers from Ivy Palmer for about the past 6 months. The first one was organised by Monday when an urgent need for care arose on the Friday. All the carers have been lovely people providing a consistently high standard of care, and the office staff have been helpful and accomodating when changes of circumstance have arisen. Only once was there a slight gap in care when one carer had travel problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ivy Palmer to anyone looking for live-in care!

Working with Ivy Palmer has been a good experience for me. The families I worked with so far we're very nice people to work with and more so the patients I looked after all requiring different forms of care and support. I am hoping to work with the agency for a long time to come.

Please, dear company, please, explain to your clients that we - the live-in carers - are there to work 12 hours with 2 hours rest during time of our choice! We are NOT providing care 24/7! Its impossible! And its against the law!

Just dreadful - was sent a very incompetent carer who we have now reported to the police

Fast and impressive response.
After a sudden development I first contacted Sue on a Friday morning needing a new live in carer to start that Sunday, 48 hours later. She asked for half an hour to make some calls, and came back with two people available to help. Amazing.

An excellent carer, dream come true for our parents. It's as if a long lost daughter has returned.

Ivy Palmer Care were responsive and offered a choice of live-in carers. We were able to choose a very experienced lady who was able to start within 3 days. Communication has been good and regular, and we're happy that Dad is in good hands in his own home.
