Does not report accurate information

I contacted the support so many times to report the corrections of the "usage type" for all of our organisation's IP Addresses. The representative kept asking me for additional documentation. At first I assisted but later after speaking with my contacts in our industry, I found out that the information being requested is not mandatory. After providing the documentation, I confronted upon why this additional documentation is being requested only from us, the representative has been ghosting me for 2 full weeks and did not provide any reason for why this documentation is mandatory and only being requested from us. Not only that, but the IP Addresses are still not corrected. I would say that do NOT trust what this website reports for IP lookups. Instead use other databases which are reliable, user-friendly and actually accept and validate corrections.

 its easy and informative

Being New to IP2Location I was searching for a way to find out a mysterious login on my Microsoft account from Australia at 3am... Jumped on IP2Location and am now using it to track this hack down. Simple and easy tools to find out who, what, & where, so I can make sure my accounts are secure. I would recommend to any novice user as its very user friendly.
