Ho avuto un iPhone per qualche tempo ma poi per le solite strategie di vendita della Apple non accettano più gli aggiornamenti,ritrovandomi con i miei gestori di posta Libero mail,e Virgilio mail bloccati dai signori Apple...

Ho telefonato al loro calcenter, ed uno sgarbato attempato operatore dal accento spiccato del sud mi ha risposto

"È GIÀ UN MIRACOLO ABBIA ACCETTATO AGGIORNAMENTI FINORA;COMPRANE UN ALTRO".

IL giorno dopo ho comprato uno smartphone...dato che non ci penso proprio buttare dai 1500 euro IN SU ,per questi cancar IPHONE che dopo poco, manco gli aggiornamenti ti accettano più, per farteli cambiare la Apple...ma chi butta poi dai 1500 euro in su,per un cellulare???che dopo 15 GG ne vale manco la metà, e dopo poco, la Apple non ti permette manco più gli aggiornamenti?solo delle"deficienze artificiali" appunto.

Con 1500/2000euro di un iPhone,sai quanti smartphone Nuovi( non rigenerati ) ci compriamo durante gli anni... E per anni non abbiamo manco più i problemi di aggiornamenti che ci rifila la Apple più FREQUENTI di tutti.

Infine,pagassero le tasse PIUTTOSTO ,che fare spendere ai polli che ancora credono,che iPhone sia meglio di altri cellulari...

ormai questo obsoleto status simbol non esiste più da anni, nonostante Apple finga il contrario alzandogli sempre più il prezzo ,di un prodotto finale che ormai non ha più le caratteristiche UNICHE di un tempo, perché ormai adottate da tutte le altre firme di telefonia .

Mein Mann hat sich mal wieder ein 🍏 📱 I-Phone gekauft. Das Drecksding hat einen Softwarefehler: Der Bildschirm friert einfach so ein, alles nur weiß, nichts, absolut nichts geht mehr, dafür wählt es sich ununterbrochen selbständig in den Notruf ein ohne dass er irgendetwas dagegen tun kann (ausschalten, Akku 'raus nehmen...).
Die Akkulaufzeit kann man vergessen und was soll der mickrige 8-fach Zoom⁉️
Tagelang geht ab-so-lut nichts, keine Internetverbindung, keine App funktioniert, kein Anruf kann entgegengenommen und getätigt werden weil das 🍏📱 Drecksding nichts, aber auch garnichts erkennt ( Sim Karte, freies W-Lan unterwegs )‼️
Angebotene "Lösung" von Apple: Kaufen Sie das neueste I-Phone 17 und wir nehmen Ihr "altes" I-Phone in Zahlung...
- Mein "altes" Huawei Mate 10 pro macht absolut keine Probleme, intuitiv, robust (zigmal' runter gefallen ohne irgendwelche Folgen-Ich hatte mir beim Heimwerker die Hand gebrochen, deswegen fiel's mir 'runter) , Akku lädt blitzschnell und hält... die Speicherkapazität perfekt (speichert mehr als es eigentlich könnte) und die Leica Kamera mit 10-fach Zoom; ein Träumchen...

Also bei 1000 EUR kann man schon ne funktionierende Rasratur erwarten. Ja ! Solche Wörter schreibt das kack Ding die ganze Zeit. Was ist das??? Auf dem Nokia T9 gab es ne bessere Worterkennung.

i can no longer use my phone the latest up dates wants me to put in ID ???? i don't have a driving license du to ill heath ,i don't have a passport as i cant travel du to ill heath i refuse to put my bank card /credit card on the phone (,i wont even do on line baking to many scammers )
the phone is my lifeline ,so looks like ill have to downgrade to a non smart phone

So disappointed with customer service. I was refer to their customer service as the apple TV part of the bank benefits did not log in or recognise my sign in 4.5 hours later the guy in Asia failed to resolve the problem and disappeared from the call.

Va sjutton gör dom på Apple ? Senaste uppdateringen är helt kass! Gör inte den på din mobil! Om du använder den som telefon!!!
Jag hittar inte mina kompisar och vänner lika lätt o enkelt som före senaste uppdatering!

Einfach dreckig
800€ irgendwas hab das Handy gerade mal seit 2-3 Jahren und es ist am ka*ken seit dem neuen Update läuft nichts mehr
Wenn ich meine Musik lauter stelle wird es einfach wieder leiser auch wenn es auf ganz laut gestellt ist macht sich der Ton leiser und man kann daran nichts ändern
Gerade eben liege ich auf meinem Bett und hab Musik an geht die sche€e von selber alle 20 Sekunden aus
Wenn ich mit meinem Face ID rein will kommt nur mein Hintergrund ich warte dann und es geht aus ach danke 🫩
Die Batterie geht so schnell runter das es krank ist ich hab immer drauf geachtet und bin immer durch den ganzen Tag gekommen mittlerweile ist es um 16 Uhr bei 3% und in der Nacht verliert es mal eben so schön 20-30% ach danke
Dir Bewertung ist zwar in der Jugendsprache geschrieben aber sie ist ehrlich
Kauft euch kein iPhone wir zahlen nicht für die Qualität sondern den Namen und weil wir iPhone schon kennen kauft euch irgendein anderes drecks Handy aber wenigstens ist es günstiger als dieser dreck
Dazu ist mir noch eingefallen das Apple ein großes Problem mit Weckern hat aufeinmal funktioniert die App nicht für ein paar Monate und der Wecker klingelt entweder vielllll zu spät oder gibt kein Ton von sich und vllt bin ich am tweaken aber die Tastatur ist kaputt asf ich mach definitiv nicht so viele Fehler wie in den letzten Wochen

Overall, the iPhones I have had are excellent. But several of the iPhones suddenly lower the ringtone volume and make me miss calls. There needs to be a lock on the volume.

I have had iPhones for many years starting with the iPhone 4 and never had any problems
In September I purchased from EE on the flex plan and iPhone 16
Within two weeks I was experiencing problems charging the phone and rang the EE shop in Grimsby and I was told that I may have a faulty lead so I was recommended to buy another lead
I did this and the phone charged okay for another couple of weeks and then the said problem started again
Overall I purchased four leads and experience the same problems after a few weeks of use
I also experiences of 5G problems dropping out and the only way for me to get 5G back was to reboot the phone
I contacted the EE helpline and they made an appointment for me to take the phone to the shop in Grimsby
The chat at the shop replaced my SIM card and also cleaned out the charger port and said I shouldn't have any more problems
Within a week or two I was having the same problems charging and so I contacted the EE helpline again and they made another appointment for me to take it to their shop for it to be sent away to be repaired only to be told two days later that I had moisture in the phone
This I cannot understand because I have never used my phone in any kind of wet and environments
Apple state that it is water resistant for up to 6 meters of depth for up to 30 minutes but my phone as never been anywhere near anything like that
I have now got a useless iPhone 16 what I'm paying for
I've also been told that the warranty doesn't cover moisture so why does Apple state that the phone is water resistant for the said amount if they are not going to honor the word on its water resistance
I cannot see the point of stating this if in actual fact they will cop out for water ingress
So if you buy an iPhone take no notice of the so-called water resistance because they will not honor it
After all the years of having iPhones and being with EE for over 20 years this has brought me to a sad end of iPhone's and EE

I really detest these Apple phone! The consistent upgrades changing things around and making me alter what I have to fit the upgrade changes is stupid and unnecessary. The only reason they kept changing is to keep monitoring the people and this is disgusting!

Customer services is appalling. 38.40 was taken from my Revolut account for Apple package. I have not used an Apple package. I have deleted finance cards from Apple wallet. It's such a shame. It's stressful and upsetting .7.3.26 It was refunded After ALOT of emails and hassle.

Over time my iPhone has gotten worse and worse. We had 2 iPads and 3 iPhones, even a TV computer tipe thingy, over many years.
All but 2 iPhone are now not working purely because of the software not being updatable after 5-6 years of use.
The iPhones left are becoming worse by the month. Batteries last about 2 year and then are at 65%.
But what is the most infuriating is the on screen keyboard. I have perfectly normal fingers, but half of the letters I type are around the character I pressed. I can type essays full of gibberish with 3 keystrokes and autocorrect. Or takes me often longer to correct than to type.
No such thing on my Google pixel. Why is it now so much worse on the iPhones that 3 years ago?

I used iphone 8, that was so good..after i purchased iphone 16 pro max..Worst experience.Used to think google 7A was the worst but this iphone is the worst so far..apps hang, phone dialler app is shit..whole os is shit.siri doesnot work properly.

The battery overheated, on the iphone 16 then the back of the phone got swallen. I phone claims pfusical damage when its not. Any excuse to get away from the truth. Seems to still work if you dont use too many apps. So go figure.... Will not buy or recommend apple products again.

This is my last iPhone in my life , bought 17pro , video ok but camera absolutely rubbish , even iPhone 14pro is better. Where is white control???? all photos has yellow tints even on white objects . Dear ‘genius’ iPhone’s engineer , if your brain can't make normal settings for iPhone, talk to a Samsung engineer and learn from them.

I have this phone for business and not as toy and do not have the time to re learn things after an update.

I can’t believe how bad the user interface of this device is I am doing an exam online and needed to watch a few videos before proceeding the stupid phone skipped four of the eight videos I had to watch without even noticing it’s so embarrassing for a company to be this successful and still so awful
