Truffa in piena regola. Si pensa di pagare 0.50 ma successivamente (oltre a quelli) ne vengono addebitati altri 39.90.
Sicuramente io sono stata ingenua ma questi sono dei veri truffatori.
Ho dovuto bloccare anche la carta.

No payment history, no way to see that you actually subscribed to a service, no way to check on your account when your subscription started, no e-mails to warn or confirm payments. Cancelling subscription is done by sending an unsubscribe request - which these days is mainly used to unsubscribe to a newsletter or promotional e-mails, making one unsure whether to send the request or not. The account setting are deceiving on purpose. I realised I had signed up for a subscription when randomly checking my e-mail. There are no e-mails from IQCenter to encourage you to use the subscription or to remind you to use their services. The only message related to a payment is when they charge the very tiny amount for the trial period, which is 2 days. There is no mention that you actually start an active subscription, NOR is there a mention of when the trial period is over: "We are delighted to welcome you to our community at IQCenter, your hub for unlocking the depths of intelligence. Our platform is designed to provide you with tools and resources to enhance your cognitive abilities and deepen your understanding. We hope this platform will allow you to improve and gain a deeper understanding of your intelligence.

Please note that the label will be BRAINMETRICS on your bank statement." All their communication is based on deceiving customers out of money - aprox 40 EUR/month.

Am 28.04. habe ich auf Ihrer Website einen IQ-Test durchgeführt, für den mir – wie angegeben – lediglich 0,50 € in Rechnung gestellt wurden.

Heute hat IQcenter versucht, einen Betrag in Höhe von 39,90 € von meinem Bankkonto abzubuchen. Ein Glück hat die Bank meine Karte sofort gesperrt. Ich habe beim IQCenter, obwohl ich zuvor keinen Vertrag abgeschlossen hatte, trotzdem von Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht.

Absoluter Betrug! Abzocke! Abofalle. Auch ich habe meine Karte sperren lassen und der Bank sowie SIX ist es bekannt. Das ist eine Masche der IQ-Zentren.

Ich habe am 09.04.2025 einen IQ-Test für vermeintliche CHF 0.50 beim iqcenter.net gemacht. 2 Tage später erfolgt eine Kreditkarten-Belastung über CHF 39.05. Ich habe keinen Auftrag für ein Abo etc. gegeben - in den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (alles englisch) wird im "Kleingedruckten" auf eine 2-tägige Testphase zu einem Vorzugspreis (offenbar die CHF 0.50) mit anschliessendem Abonnement verwiesen. Ich habe mit meiner Bank Kontakt aufgenommen. Der Berater kannte den Fall bereits ... . Wir haben die Kreditkarte gesperrt - im weiteren bin ich in Kontakt mit iqcenter.net. Ich gehe davon aus, dass in der gesetzten Frist von 3 Tagen keine Antwort eintreffen wird. Anschliessend werde ich nochmals die Rückerstattung des unrecht erhobenen Betrages mit Hinweis auf das 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht (siehe Autor vom 08.08.24 "Unfair charges and lack of Transparency") geltend machen. Ich kann diese Web-Site absolut nicht empfehlen !

Scammers. 0,5 Eur to perform an IQ test. The next day they charge you 40 Eur for a monthly subscription without any notice! They don't accept any refund request!

SOn unos timadores, te cobran 50 cent por un test y luego te clavan una suscripción de 39,90 sin decir nada.

Man führt einen IQ Test durch, kein Wort von irgendwelchen Kosten. Nicht mal im Kleingedruckten. Und ich bin ein gebranntes Kind, passe also besonders auf was ich im Netz mache.
Anschließend an den Test, um das Ergebnis zu erhalten, sollte man 0,50€ zahlen. Gut, 0,50€ sind mit das Ergebnis wert. Zwei Tage später wurden mir dann aber 39,90€ abgebucht. Jegliche Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice laufen ins leere. Info an den Verbraucherschutz geht raus.

When requesting a refund which under european law is mandatory, they refuse and hide behind their dubious terms of sale.

Si fuera posible poner un cero, lo pondría. El 29 de diciembre me hice un IQ Test, que era gratis pero había que pagar solo 50 céntimos de euro para descargarte el diploma. Eso es lo que decía: obtén tu diploma por 0,50€. Si había un letra pequeña, sería abajo de todo y en letra minúscula, porque no lo vi, y mira que soy precavida para estas cosas. Y de repente el 3 de marzo me cobran 39,90€ de una suscripción. ¿Suscripción de que? Es que ni siquiera he recibido un e-mail cuando supuestamente me suscribí de "bienvenida a la suscripción" (que sería lo normal). No, solo un e-mail con un enlace para que te puedas descargar el diploma (que es el servicio por el que pagué). Son unos estafadores y timadores.

Hice un test que costaba 0.50€ y dos dias despues me cobraron 39.90€ sin mi permiso.
Leyendo los comentarios, está claro que juegan con el "no leo la letra pequeña y te cuelo una suscripción por la jeta".
Que me digan que superservicio dan por 39.90€ mensuales, porque hacer tests desde luego no lo valen...

J'ai effectué un test qi et pour avoir le résultat j'ai accepté de payer0.5 €... mais il n'était pas évident que cela correspondait à un abonnement mensuel à 39.90 € au bout de 48 heures. Pour que je me rende compte de cela il a fallu que suite au prélevement sur ma carte bancaire et que j'explore tout le site pour savoir que l'on avait 48 jeures pour "résilier"
J'ai dès que j'ai constaté le prélevement sur ma carte ...et j'espère que ce "desabonnement" a été bien pris en compte mais il est 'impossible de rembouser".
Ce sera à surveiller car je ne suis pas très confiante

Me ha pasado como a muchos, he hecho el test pagando los 0.50€ sin darme cuenta de que me estaba suscribiendo a un plan mensual. Me pasaron 39.90€ y cuando he reclamado varias veces me decían lo mismo una y otra vez: "Parece que hubo una confusión, ya que este cobro corresponde a la suscripción mensual que se estableció automáticamente después del período de prueba, de acuerdo con nuestros términos y condiciones de venta. Estos especifican que si el usuario no cancela durante el período de prueba, la suscripción se renueva automáticamente.
Sin embargo, entendemos que esto pudo haber causado frustración y nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente. Lamentablemente, no podemos proceder con un reembolso una vez que ha comenzado el período de suscripción."

Es curiosa la "confusión" y que a muchos usuarios nos esté pasando.

Pero después de mucho insistir, he conseguido que me reembolsen los 39.90€. Por eso les pongo 3 estrellas y no 0 o 5. Porque por un lado, esa "confusión" de si cuela cuela... a cuántos nos ha afectado, sin embargo, han accedido a reembolsarme, lo cual también es de valorar.

Este asunto me ha dado que pensar, resulta que hago un test para saber si soy "lista" y me acaban tomando por "tonta"

Por favor, antes de acceder al test, informaos de estar seguros de no suscribiros a algo que no querais.

Wie meine Vorgänger beschreiben: Am Anfang wird suggeriert, dass man einen schnellen, kostenlosen İQ-Test machen darf. Am Ende muss man jedoch 20€ oder mehr blechen,um das Ergebnis zu erfahren. İch hätte mir die Zeit sparen können, hätten sie am Anfang an geschrieben, dass das Ergebnis Geld kostet.
Außerdem ist der Test minderwertig,da nur ein Dutzend kleine einfache Tests gemacht werden, aber die Bandbreite eines echten Tests ist viel vielschichtiger.

Servizio poco chiaro, dal chiedere qualche centesimo per il test, che al momento sembra una cifra irrisoria, ci si ritrova sottratti, dopo 24 ore o poco più, 39,90€.
Neanche se uno avesse tutto questo tempo e voglia di mettersi a fare test h24 sottoscrivendo un abbonamento.
Il punto è la poca chiarezza, sarà stato scritto talmente tanto piccolo da qualche parte ed è così che si rimane fregati.
Non la trovo assolutamente una cosa regolare.
Oltre al danno la beffa. Non hanno voluto restituirmi i soldi dell’abbonamento di cui MAI usufruirò, quindi attenzione al cliente neanche a parlarne.
Spero solo che chi si imbatte in questo sito legga prima le recensioni. Purtroppo io non sono stata così scaltra.
