Ridiculous shipping my order was placed Jan 12 and the month is almost over with no order in sight.. this is a scam! Do not Trust this company. The tracking is not real just a way to keep you waiting.

Wow so many bad reviews. I wish I’ve read them before I ordered my lagging. They r not cheap. I hope they worth the price. I have been waiting for them almost for two weeks 😏

This place is a SCAM! I received defective tights in something you buy off of Shein. All my tights had white streak marks and had holes! I contact customer service multiple times, but no one has reached out! BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM!

Terrible customer service-THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO REFUND REQUESTS.
I ordered 3 leggings and bought them in different sizes and colors as their refund/exchange policy states that you can get refund for color or size issues. I tried to exchange 2 of them for the color and size I prefer and emailed hey@irazia (Trust Pilot will not allow full email to be written here) 4 times and also sent messages through their website contact portal. No response over weeks of attempted communication. I have now made a dispute through my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE. The actual leggings are fine, but you will need to know your exact size and color or you will be throwing away money. You can buy similar pairs on Amazon where their customer service is top notch.

My order took forever to arrive, the proverbial "slow boat from China". I actually like the tights, however, they have a flaw, a snag/hole in them. I want to return/exchange them, but they have not replied to my email. Horrible customer service, very little contact information. A waste of money. I would not do business with them again.

I received the product, but ordered the largest size and they sent me an XXS. They sent many letters asking how my order was, but when I asked for a return label, they quit responding.

It's a scam. I am waiting for my order for a long time and today it came a letter as if i got my order and they are waiting for some comments. I track my order and it shows that the order is in transit. I didn't get my order it's a scam. Don't order anything from them .

This is a scam. Ordered off of Facebook. Ordered two pair of leggings before Christmas and was given a bogus tracking number. Actually the same number as another person's complaint on this review site. Said was delivered to my front door porch. No picture to confirm. Complete fabrication. Then tried to dump me with the responsibility of finding them at neighbors and to get in touch with tracking company. No neighbors received them! I actually reached out to ask! I also have a camera and nothing was delivered at said time.
I told them I am going to dispute the charges. So I did. Hey@ Irazia your a fraud! Buyer beware!!

No way to leave a legit review on their site and it’s been over 30 days and I still haven’t received my order. Buyers beware. Don’t order from this store.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I contacted customer service, provided photos of the issue, included my order number, and clearly requested a full refund.

Despite all of that, the response I received today asked me to provide my order number (which was already included) and offered to send a replacement—completely disregarding my original email, the photos, and my explicit request for a refund, not a replacement.

This level of inattentiveness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am still waiting for my refund to be properly addressed.

The product is ok, but the company zero stars. When I went to post office to receive my package I had to pay postage due. Evidently the mailing label was fraudulently produced, not a real USPS label. Left me holding the bag either I pay and get my tights or kiss the $38 dollars good bye. When I contacted to company they acted like this has never happened. Post office said they have been reported and there are many claims about this happening! Company didn't believe me, imagine that, they needed proof of my payment, I sent pix of bag with postage due stamp, not good enough, I paid with cash and am moving, took a couple of days to find receipt, meanwhile they were unwilling to refund until I showed proof. Found receipt. Sent it, they are now ghosting me. This is BS!

Purchased item on 12/17/2025. Order tracking in website shows UPS “delivered” to my address 1/2/2026 but no delivery was made. No package received. No delivery picture or confirmation using the non-USPS tracking SDH0079835301 provided on website’s order status page. No response from hey@Irazia email or support@irazia (failure message says email does not even exist) or the chat contact form. Giving 48hrs for Irazia rep to reply to repeat email sent today before contacting the bank. SCAM ALERT!‼️

Do not trust this company!
I made an order 2 months ago and my product never arrived. Customer service is not responding to any of my emails. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company

I finally caved and purchased the leggings… they arrived in about 3 weeks. They fit perfectly and feel really soft. I was surprised to see negative reviews on this sight. They took a little long to get here but I ordered right before Christmas so i was expecting the delay. They also sent me tracking after I purchased which seemed to stay at a stand still for about 4 days but it was delivered within the expected delivery date so I can’t complain

I tried to buy from them. My bank closed my card immediately and called me that it had been leaked to a scam site.

Don’t fall for this.

Shady company. I ordered tights on their website irazia.com on December 13th, and the tracking info would not show where they were coming from, it just said "international". It also didn't show what the delivery date was. I emailed their customer service asking where they were coming from, and they would not tell me. Fast forward to Dec 26th, and I their tracking system sent me an email that my item was delivered to my address, however, I never received anything. I emailed the company at hey @ irazia . com letting them know that I never received my item, and asking what the next steps were. I have written 3 separate emails on 3 separate dates asking this, and they have not responded. I have now filed a dispute with my bank for the charge.
