Is this a site ??? Dumb site !!!!
I am trying to change my mobile number and trying to add valid number it says enter valid mobile number I tried 4-5 times , then I click on send OTP, I received OTP and entered there as it is, it was saying the OTP is not valid, then I tried to change my mobile number the previous number was coming continuously.

I am a software developer and I am seriously saying there front end backend created very badly.

I faced the issue everytime when try to book train, sometime password issue, somewhere user name issue, and I can surely say this is not network issue this is a Bug in there system, they need to work on it. Please look to this issue.

Improving very much customer experience from privious time need more to work here

We have booked 3AC tickets from Ltt to Tirunelveli train after paying heavy amount of ticket with daughter IRCTC not considering a lady with child given RAC and even after that the service of giving pillow and cheddar are very bad not giving proper clean cheddar is very bad. Next day we traveling from Tirunelveli to Ernakulam on that train also we get used things of cheddar and very unhygienic coach with bad AC. First time I was suffered a lot while traveling by train. I hate Train traveling from now onwards

Tried Tatkal booking@ 10 a.m. IP error, frequent logouts and finally seats are filled. Something fishy. After that at 10.30 a.m everything works well.

When we are traveling from Bangalore to narasapur, around 2pm in the night some of thefts entered into train & dragged chains from ladies. Seriously don't know why irctc people are stopping trains everywhere in the nights. No one is there to protect. I think this will happen in India only. But the joke is no will care about this.@IRCTC

ITCTC is looting the common people. You can never book tatkal tickets. They purposly block users from booking the tickets displaying some connection error. And by chance if you get out of it, if you try booking the ticket goes into the waiting list where they charge 60rs as convinience fee which is not refundable. Why the hell they charge the fees if we dont get confirmed tickets, just another way of looting people. better to give that charge to an agent for booking atleast they can provide confirm tickets. The most unnoticed fraud happening with people.

Irctc IRCTC management is extremely disappointing and poorly handled. The entire system feels unorganized, outdated, and frustrating for users. Booking tickets becomes a stressful experience due to constant glitches, slow servers, and unclear processes. Even basic features don’t work smoothly, and there is hardly any improvement over time.

The lack of proper management and planning is clearly visible. Users are forced to deal with unnecessary delays, technical errors, and unreliable services. Instead of making travel easier, IRCTC often creates more confusion and inconvenience.

Overall, the service quality is far below expectations. Such a large platform should be efficient and user-friendly, but the current condition reflects careless management and a lack of responsibility toward customers. Immediate improvements are needed to fix these ongoing issues.

I was passenger on vande Bharat from kollam to ernakulam.Hospitality was good except a white piece of vellayappam supplied along with breakfast was found to be dry as if expired. Being a buisness class train i wish this may not happen in future

Outright looting of customer money!
Tatkal booking starts at 11 am and by 11.02 am ticket is booked but Waitlisted. After chart is prepared IRCTC refunds only 50% money and keeps the remaining 50% with itself.

Why book WL ticket and then cut cancellation charges on top of Convenience charges while booking ticket!
Irctc is unfairly looting common man.

Unable to create a working website. I'm asked for a thousand pieces of information, and there's always at least one that doesn't work. I make the payment, and I get an error page. I enter my mobile number, and I get a message that it's invalid. When I click on the live chat, the whole page goes blurry... just impossible

its a nightmare booking on IRCTC so much its earns yet the website crashes and logs out abruptly. very difficult. They need to get the services onto a more robust servers, understanding the situation and Servity of the situation

Maine 3AC me 2 ticket book kiye aur poore 2 ticket ka paisa liya gaya. Lekin travel ke waqt sirf 1 seat di gayi aur doosri ticket waiting me hi chhod di. Agar seat confirm nahi thi toh paise poore kyu liye gaye?
Yeh bilkul customer ke saath cheating jaisa lagta hai. Information clear nahi di gayi aur last moment par problem create ho gayi. Is tarah ki service se sirf pareshaani hoti hai.

I am traveling from alappuzha to thane in train no.16346 and I have experience worst in my lif, around it almost 3 hr late.

I have to catch my another train at 8 pm from Kalyan I am worried if I will miss my train. Indian railways are not any more any puntchul on there schedule timings for their trains.

I have travelled in same train on 5th Feb 2025 from thane to alappuzha and it also same 2.5 hr late running.

Utterly useless website this is. Only for agents. Tatkal booking system is worst. Even with good internet speed it shows connection error and by the time website starts working all the Tatkal bookings are already done. Keep up the good work irctc you are providing quite a shitty service to people.

I want to share exp. Regarding irctc manual ticket printing. The printer quality of very low. And printing colume are not place at right coulume. Even PNR number is not readable..

Very bad service... There is no seats for people to seat and even sleeper class feels like General with lots of disturbance and TT don't even visit to help people for right allocation. No more expectation
