Worst worst worst worst ...no words to describe such a worst website

I bought tickets on this website for 6 months of travel through India and had nothing but good experiences. It was easy to purchase tickets and return them as necessary for a refund. I had an easy with the payment portal too once I got the hang of it.

Train No. 04023 4hrs Delayed — Passenger Inconvenienced

The continuous delays of Train No. 04023 reflect poorly on the Indian Railways system. Passengers are facing great inconvenience, and such irregular services are causing dissatisfaction and loss of trust among travelers. We sincerely request the authorities to improve punctuality and provide timely updates to ensure a better experience for all passengers.

I bet IRCTC worst, useless and most hated site in the world.
I request never trust this site for tatkal bookings, it will ruin your holiday plan.
And the worst part is ewallet which will be inactive even if your have money in the wallet during booking time.
IRCTC deserves zero star review

this is not good, when I booked ticket for the first time in Bokaro then I was told that the status was refundable. So i When I booked the ticket again, today I saw that today my two time ticket booked that was not refunded half of money my deducted

Irctc ticket allocation is a JOKE l, where I booked tickets for two person and it allocated in two seperate rows. Especially there is no seperate for womens, if they book single ticket it will allocate with the men. For everytime we need to request TTR for seat relocation. Also the comfortable are insane. I paid Rs.510 for comfortable travel but what I get is need to crush inbetween two passengers. The ticket price is getting high day by day but the experience is getting worsen more.

Baad journey for the 15657 this mail is vary baad bcz I'll be booked a ticket after 60 day ago but last moment is not confrom this ticket so, that why I recommend not travel this train, and so that I am traveling this train this day titi is charged is 950 rupes in the reservation bogey and this thine maney more crouwed my journey is urgent base was so I'm very proud feel this train,is very slow no time table no eles

PERAMBUR - PATNA TRAIN, IRCTC:
The train was 9hours 40mins late.

The bathroom had no water till next day.

The dinner never came.

The gates stink of urine and shit. The basin near gate overflows with sewage water that overflows on passengers trying to stand in the gate to get down at their stations.

Overbooked as usual.

Anand to Mahesana, I am not chasing anyone, I am not sitting down, I am standing, I have been standing for 2 hours, there are four seats in the closed set, but there are tons of people sitting there, what should I do with this person?

Even trying to take premium ticket with extra cash, the site is not responding

Pathetic food,stale paneer and dal served was watery.
No one ready to take responsibility of the food service

I have been trying for two three days for a simple booking from Kolkata to Chennai.
They have done something to the website that no Irctc user id cam be generated.
Till today, 18.05.2025 I have tried.

Worst experience I had with them,I booked my ticket one month a ago which was in wl 6 , but after chart preparation it remains the same

World's worst and third class website is IRCTC, the anti-national party BJP's agent is IRCTC.

For extention from guruvayoor tochenganoor paid the original charge 725 to ttr n guruvayur madurai, dat time ttr didnt say anything n b continued our jorney n the same seat n wen a person gt n frm changanassery insulted as for the seat, dat time the ttr came n told uswho said this seat yours n he also behaved very rude, if he firstly say a word about their reservation, the problm nvr arise, what b thought is b can continue n da same seat.. Mistakes n nonsense from their side but including TTR blamed us n humiliated also.. The train journey is on 9.5.2025 friday S1 n guruvayoor madurai train.

I want to write a review and appreciate the service of CTI Mr. RUDOLF BROWN . I was travelling from Ujjain to Pune and need 3AC tickets and he happened to manage it for us and was very very helpful.
Years of service and experience speaks!!

I would like to rate in negative coz we booked 3rd teir AC still its AC didn’t work it so hot over there and not even t TC’s were helping worst journey of my entire life
