Easy to deal with & very fast outcome

This is an excellent service for people like me who are not sure of what we can claim for or how to go about it . I can't believe how easy this company made it for me and within a very short time . The initial service was very good, and my tax rebate was processed efficiently. However, the aftercare has been disappointing.

There is a fee that does not match my calculations, and I have simply requested an itemised invoice to understand the difference.

After approximately 15 emails, I have still not received a clear breakdown, only repeated explanations that do not address my query. I am essentially being asked to accept the amount on blind trust, despite my own calculations showing a different figure.

There is also no dedicated point of contact, making it difficult to resolve the issue.

It should not take 15 emails to get a simple breakdown of fees. More transparency and better customer support are needed.
