Brilliant service and great communication

Very impressed easy efficient and lovely service

I’m very disappointed with the fee charged for my tax rebate. I was told that your fee would be 10% of the amount I received from Revenue. I received €650, so 10% would be €65, not €123.

I would therefore like this charge to be investigated and an explanation provided as to why €123 was debited from my account. If the agreed fee was 10%, I believe I have been overcharged and would like the difference refunded.

Please review my account and provide me with a clear breakdown of the €123 charge, I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.

I was sble to speak with Jenny, a person who knew about her job. Very caring and professional in her approach with me. She was very thorough in her search, and got me a refund in only a few weeks. There were a few problems along the way, but she kept me informed. I would defenitly recommend irish tax rebates, as a first choice for anyone that needs help with your taxes.

ITR had been very efficient in doing the muscle work on my tax credits which I found confusing manually doing it in revenue itself. They really reach out & reassure you your credits are being looked after. Great job!
