Terrible communication - False information - Broken promises
This review seems to follow quite a concerning trend - along with the other 1-star reviews. I also agree, the customer service is terrible. Not only did they lie to me on the telephone regarding when the unit was sent out, and that it would arrive before Christmas, they seemed to fall back on the very loose delivery 'after 3pm' nonsense. I ordered on the 17th of December for a Christmas gift. No mention on the website that their delivery promises would not be honoured, so I took '3 business days' literally. Long story short, it was due by the 22nd. Didn't arrive. It was then changed to 2nd Jan, then shortly after that it was booked in to be delivered on the 6th of Jan. Having called customer service, and having them lie to me, I decided to resolve the issue through the delivery company, DX - who were absolutely amazing.
I did however have to travel and hour and a quarter to their distribution centre in Swanley from Shoreham to collect on the 23rd. I cannot comment on the standard and build of the equipment, as it wasn't for me to use. Based upon service alone - stay well clear.
They will likely come back and say that they cannot find a purchase record for me on this email address - but that's going to be because I ordered through PayPal connected to a different email address.

I don't understand the negative comments related to support here. I experienced an issue, and the process of returning the item was seamless and the support team were super quick to respond, even phoning me directly to make sure everything was ok. Particularly Ellie was great, very quick in communicating and super-clear on next steps.

Unusable due to bluetooth issue, impossible to reach customer service
Purchased the product on 17nov, promising delivery by 25nov. Delivery was received in 2 parts on 01dec and then 02dec. On the 1st i received the actual unit and tried a quick workout and everything worked really well. So i was excited to get the smart handles and bar + other accessories on the 2nd. This package was received however the wall bracket was missing and there were zero instructions on how to connect the handles + bar to the base unit. However the biggest issue is that the bluetooth on the main unit now seems defective. I have tried multiple devices to connect to it with and although it finds the unit, it doesnât stay connected. This means the app is rendered completely useless and if i want to workout, i manually have to adjust things on the actual unit (which is basically impossible for things like bench, back squats etc). I have tried to call customer service, sent an email and also used their support request option through the website, the calls ring out and to date there is no response on the other channels. I know this is a âcheaperâ product than some of their competitors but at close to £900 for the package deal the level of service and the quality of product should be much better. Maybe paying the extra price for the more premium product is advised

Great product and service
I bought the IronLift Ignite plus the bench and the Smart Handles. Arrived the next day as promised. The bench is super solid and really well designed, I honestly donât think they hype this enough in the promotional material.
I did have a couple of initial queries with the Ignite product which were quickly and professionally dealt with by Ellie in Customer Service with 24hrs so service is very good!
The IronLift unit itself is very simple to use and pairs great with the app which can be used to program customised workouts. I use this feature and it also changes the desired resistance and mode on the machine for each movement and counts down your rest between setsâŠgreat stuff and very enjoyable and effective to use.
The resistance feels a little heavier than the dumbbell equivalent to me but thatâs a good thing.
The smart handles are a must and work really well to engage/ change resistance without touching the app of machine. Quality also feels solid and build to last.

Very happy with product and service
After researching the type of machine on offer I plumped for the iron lift (or innodigym, seems to be just UK dispatcher for IG) P1 plus as competitors were significantly more expensive and space consuming with the attached screens... At 90kg max (45kg per arm) it should be sufficient for myself and wife as both small and never likely to need to go beyond that. We've had it a week now and the unit has been great, it boots up in about 8-10s, is very quiet in operation and the resistance applied feels very smooth and 'real' to this inexperienced user. Please note I don't and never have used gyms and all we had at home before was a few dumb bells so I've nothing to compare against.
Blown away by how many different exercises you can do with such a simple looking machine, I ordered the bench a few days later, which is extremely sturdy feelings and adds to what you can do - however seems somewhat overpriced and is (by design of needing to hold the P1 plus in place) quite heavy and therefore awkward to move.
The advertised next day delivery was kept to, haven't needed to utilise support for anything and hopefully that continues...

I recently ordered innodigym p1 lite, unfortunately for me i had a slight issue with the product on second use to which i got in touch with customer service via email.
I got a response on the next working day asking for videos of the issue which at the time i thought strange having explained so i gave them a ring. I spoke to Ellie who was also the person that responded to my inital email and she explained its part of their procedure process and as soon as they have the video we can sort out the issue. Instantly after sending the video i had another email off Ellie offering a replacement and asking when would best suit me for an exchange. I replied with a few questions about packaging the old one and what to put in the box etc. To which i recieved a phone call off Ellie answrring all my questions, i then wasnt available to be in for the exchange fir a while but suggested if the driver could sort the exchange in my porch where i asked for original delivery. Ellie said no problem i can arrange this fir tomorrow if this is okay. The very next day i had a replacement. I then recieved a follow up email making sure everything was okay.

All in all i would never hesitate to use this company again purely down to this customer service which is hard to come by these days. Yes i had an issue with the product to start with but this can happen with any equipment but how it is dealt with is as important if not more important when deciding what comapny to use.

Horrendous experience - they admitted to being a scam
Where do I start? Ordered a £1500 piece of equipment with promised next day delivery. Received at least 3 dispatch emails and promises of "it will be delivered today between 8 and 10am" only for nothing to show up. A week later, I message their facebook page to ask if it is a scam and they "like" my comment without replying. I contact the delivery company who sent me the dispatch emails and they told me they never received any product from Ironlift.
Do yourself a favour and buy from another website - this has scam written all over it.

I own a business and struggle making time to go to the gym, so I decided to order a P1 Max Machine from Iron Lift as I thought it looked super neat and would work great for my lifestyle and also not take up too much space in my flat. Firstly it came next day which I was super impressed with! I can honestly say I don't think I will need to step foot in a gym again after this... it has EVERYTHING you need in the comfort of your own home which is perfect for someone with a busy lifestyle like me! Would recommend this to anybody struggling to make time for the gym or who struggles with gym anxiety.

We were looking to review the product and reached out as i had some questions regading the product (since i've seen bad reviews on amazon)
Upon giving the history of why we are interested and experience in the field the customer service rep simply stated "Sorry we're not inerested in this and already paid for our own markerting) - albeit cutting me off completely to finish what i was saying....
Without even giving me a chance to carry on the discussion nor did we ask/enquire for any "freebies" or "discount" they have now lost a potential buyer.
All we were doing was trying to source specific answers and give background history.
If this is how they operate i'd proceed with caution for sure.

Honestly one of the best things Iâve bought for my home.
IronLift has made working out so much easier. I can do all my exercises on it without needing loads of separate equipment, and the fact you can change the weights digitally is class. It takes up hardly any space, and not having to travel to the gym anymore has been a game changer. Super easy to use and actually makes me want to train more.

I used to use resistance bands but was looking for a more advanced solution. The iron lift digital resistance machine was an extreme upgrade on steroids. Also because I train alone at home I really liked its safety feature where it automatically detects when you are struggling and then turns off resistance to avoid any injuries or accidents.
