Ordered a carpet for my bedroom but it was so crooked. They sent another to replace it but that was crooked as well. I'm ok with small defects but this was too much and visible.
I asked for a refund and they gave me a 50% refund.
Threw away both carpets as they were too defective.
The large living room carpet I ordered with then also came in defective. But I placed the defective corner under my sofa to save my sanity.
This company delivers fast, but it has the most disappointing QC and service recovery.

Wrong sizing. You can’t return anything you only get store credit. The rug looks cheap in real life and definitely not worth the price. Do not buy from here the customer service is in America and they won’t refund you your money. Use benuta rugs they are decent price and much better quality

Product was received within days but do not buy from irug! The return policy require that we need to ship the carpet back to Switzerland/usa office at our expenses, it is not cheap given the weight and size of the carpet, or they can arrange FedEx at the shipping cost of SGD287! Carpet’s quality is also inferior, don’t brother dealing with this company, there are other much much better carpet stores in Singapore.

This rug took more than a month to arrive when the website states next day delivery. The quality of the rug is really poor and so thin and flimsy. I asked for a return, only to be told I would need to pay £55 to return a £99 rug! I emailed them to say I am unhappy with this outcome as I will have to spend more money to get a partial refund. The customer service has been terrible, really slow replies, this website is rubbish and I would advise everyone to NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I will never order again and so many reviews are 1 star rating online for this company. Trading standards need to get involved and stop them from taking people's money. So many people online have been unhappy with their orders, this company need to take a serious look at the products they offer. It's beyond a joke!

I asked for refund and no reply

I needed a rug less than 97 cm wide and ordered a rug described as 95cm x 160 cm. When delivered it was 100cm x 160cm. Despite iRugs sending an item that did not match the item they insist I pay the return postage. The service chat experience was awful, with agents trying to make out there was nothing wrong and the correct item was delivered. The issue seems to be an error on the website with the imperial to metric conversion.

Completely different rug was delivered. Customer service non-existent.

Rug was faulty loads of different greys & beige patches should be grey as advertised then rippling that would not come out emailed got reply suggesting how to remove nothing worked emailed again asked for full refund as faulty could only give partial refund & keep the rug this is absolutely rubbish why would I need a rug that is faulty & rippled that looks rubbish also poor quality. They then offered a little big more & said I would have to pay for return. SCAM robbing people out of money. Their web site always has technical issues. PLEASE DO NOT USE Waste of money & bad experience.

Do not buy from this place. Poor return policy. They have a local email address which made you think it’s from a Singapore warehouse.

I ordered a rug advertised as 275cm wide which I needed to fit a specific space. When it arrived it was a lovely rug but was actually 9 cm narrower than advertised. It required some negotiation by email to get a full refund but the replies I got were prompt ,courteous and professional .I received my full refund in a few days and they didn’t even want the rug back !

Disappointing First Experience

I recently made my first purchase from iRugs, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. I had a simple query about changing the colour of my order before shipment. Instead of receiving a response to my question, my order was abruptly cancelled.

I was looking forward to my purchase and this sudden cancellation without any prior communication was disappointing. I believe that good customer service is integral to any business, and it's unfortunate that my first interaction with iRugs was marked by a lack of it.

Lousy lousy rugs. Appalling quality. Probably worth 1/10 of the price. Worn out parts when rug is supposedly brand new. Please do not be scammed like me.

Absolute rubbish!! Cheap tat..please do not buy from these "people" would have cost more to return than the rug...why is nothing being done about all the scammers??? They are not based in the UK...

Their refund policy is terrible, I am now stuck with a rug I don’t want because returning to them will cost me more than the actual rug! Refunds should be handled as conveniently as possible.

Irugs is a US based company so even though on their website you will pay in SGD they convert to USD without informing the customer. No where on their website do they state this..beware.

Bought a jute rug but the quality is so poor. The carpet sheds profusely, and the knots come loose. The loose knots then starts to fray. It looks very ugly now. Everyday you can find a vast amount of shed jute underneath the carpet. And it’s expensive.

SCAMMER!!!! I bought it and my mistake because it didn't arrive. Decided to cancel, spoke to cust svc after much effort bla ble said to refund, never did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please don’t buy from this company as the picture do not justify the real product. Furthermore, NO after sales service because they never bother to respond to any feedback or complaint.

This company is a scam. The rug that arrived was basically made out of old rope. The texture was rope. When I asked to return it they said I could have a full refund but I had to return it to the USA, eventhough they claimed to be present in Singapore with a Singapore dispatch centre. They claimed to have 24/7 customer support but they only had customer support on US time. When I got hold of Karen employee ID 20227041 I was immediately told that shipping back to the USA would cost almost SGD 1000 which was far greater than the retail price of the rug and upon inspection 10x the declared value of the rug at USD 126.00. They new this and immediately offered a 50% discount but they refused to give any more. Basically they are passing off rugs that are not even close to acceptable standard and then ripping people off for 50% of the retail value pocketing a huge profit for nothing. I don't believe that their 104 Williamson Street SC USA is their true operating address - this also appears to be a scam. DO NOT BUY RUGS FROM THIS COMPANY
