I worked with Dylon Allsopp on an Associate Director of Business Development Opportunity. Dylon has been very professional throughout the whole process, and I really enjoyed working with him. He has been very transparent on the position, replied promptly to my requests and call me up to communicate on the phone when necessary. Unlike some other recruiters, I didn't get too much push from his end to rush through the process, which really makes me feel comfortable. Although I do wish this position could send over the offer a bit earlier, so it aligns with my schedule better, but I have nothing to complain in terms of the entire experience working with Dylon.

If you want to work with someone that cares about your future and career, then you can not go wrong with this group. They will go above and beyond to help. Their communication in fantastic and very forward. I would not hesitate to work with them again. They make the process feel like a true partnership.

Working with Hannah at Irving Knight was great! Hannah was very knowledgeable about the industry and always brought great candidates forward. I had a great experience working with Chris Clay. Chris was very responsive and helpful throughout my interview process and I'd highly recommend working with him.

Annoying and unprofessional. Recruiter reached out to set up a call, didn't call on time, then messaged saying "something came up" and rescheduled for the next day.
Meeting time for the next day came and went, with no call, or message, or contact of any kind. Why would someone who is a professional waste another's time like this?
I will no longer pursue opportunities that are associated with Irving Knight, and in encourage other do be aware of their unprofessional practices.
