ISG resin were great …turned up on the allocated dates and delivered a first class driveway and excellent finish

Exactly the same dissatisfaction with ISG Flooring and their lack of customer loyalty and interest in providing good customer service. We’ve had a lot of work done on our property by them and during the last job in June 2023 they left a test patch on my patio to demonstrate the benefits of covering it with clear resin. I thought it looked great and told them to go ahead. However, I also pointed out some resin on the path was starting to crumble and they assured me it would be fixed at the same time as the clear resin work.

For over two years I’ve tried repeatedly to contact Scott Exactly the same dissatisfaction with ISG Flooring and their lack of customer loyalty and interest in providing good customer service. We’ve had a lot of work done on our property by them and during the last job in June 2023 they left a test patch on my patio to demonstrate the benefits of covering it with clear resin. I thought it looked great and told them to go ahead. However, I also pointed out some resin on the path was starting to crumble and they assured me it would be fixed at the same time as the clear resin work.

For nearly three years I’ve tried repeatedly to contact Scott and Graeme but they’ve always been too busy and promised to fix the path in a few weeks. I’ve sent photos of the path which is now a total disgrace and reminded them of the test patch left on my patio. Throughout this time I’ve sent numerous emails, left messages on WhatsApp and Facebook Book Messenger and their office landline but I haven’t received a single reply. I’m being totally ignored! I’ve even checked to see if they’re still in business and they are, constantly boasting about their big projects on Facebook.

I thought we had a great rapport with the boys and was satisfied with the original job but it’s clear they’re not interested in customer loyalty or following up on post-job issues or providing any form of customer service. Also not interested in smaller jobs! DISGRACEFUL WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

They're just your average cowboy company, take your cash then don't honour their guarantee. I have been trying since May this year to have them make a small repair to the resin they laid on my driveway but absolutely no sign of any response.

When I eventually managed to talk to Scott, he said give me a couple of weeks and we'll come out. That was months ago and now he doesn't answer my calls.

My advice is don't get fleeced like me, find a reputable company who will honour their guarantee.

Thanks to Graeme and the team for an excellent job on our resin patio and path. Each part of the job was carried out to a high standard; happy to recommend ISG.

I did a lot of research before contacting Graeme at ISG & looked at lots of driveways as well. The ones installed by ISG were far superior than his competitors. In fact one that was done 8 years ago still looks brand new. A driveway installed by one of his competitors a couple of years ago in my area now has weeds growing through it. The difference with ISG is the care taken with the sub structure before the resin is applied. These driveways are not cheap so you want one that will last & stay looking good. The team are so knowledgeable and professional. I’m delighted with the outcome & would definitely recommend Graeme. ISG in my opinion really are the specialists

Graeme and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish 👏 always on time and very thorough at keeping the work clean and tidy.. everything was done so professionally and our Resin driveway is absolutely outstanding a real eye-catcher done to such a high standard. We had a great experience with ISG were professional clean and did an incredible job would have no hesitation recommending them.

The team were really professional, quick, courteous to our neighbours, and tidy. Our neighbours even commented on how professional the team was. Delighted with the finished product.

The guys arrived at about 10am and completed the job by about 2.30pm. Really clean and tidy, no mess left to clear up. I am delighted with the job. Thanks ISG xx
