Isinwheel レビュー

I can confirm this 100%. In the event a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs, isinwheel will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. They had honored me with a replacement headlight that was cracked due to poor packaging during shipment. However, they mistakenly sent me a replacement headlight that was an earlier revision (wrong type of connectors, which were not compatible with my scooter). I emailed the support team, and they responded with "Apologies" and will be sending me the correct headlight that has the right connector type for my scooter. Without a doubt, this is by far the best warranty offered by any company. The support team is the amazing! 10+++

Nice quality scooter. Loving my gt4 scooter. This thing moves, I bought it to get back and fourth to work. It makes it up some of the biggest hills in the Pittsburgh area.

In the event a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs, Isinwheel will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. This is 100% true. I had an issue with my Headlights that were cracked due to poor packaging during shipment. I emailed the support team and got a quick response within 24 hours or earlier. They required a short video of the cracked headlight as proof. They sent me a replacement headlight that was an earlier revision (wrong type of connectors, which were not compatible with my scooter). I let the support team know, and they responded with "Apologies" and will be sending me the correct headlight that has the right connector type for my scooter. Best place to get your electric scooter! Love it

I had a wonderful experience with Isinwheel! Their customer support team is swift and always ready to assist. The staff is friendly and understanding, and they ensure that any issue is resolved quickly and effectively. I highly recommend their service!

We’re so happy with the service we received and we’ve recommended isinwheel to our friends. The experience was quick and easy

If there is anything I could say wrong first is my button was missing when I received the scooter and they shipped me a new one which came so fast in the mail and the customer support is critical when it comes to big ticket items so thanks isinwheel for 5 star customerservice. Ok now that I got the bad here is the good.
1. 28 mph is the best bang for my buck period. Perfect for those on a budget.
2. The handling is very good. A little too good.
3. The signal lights, headlights and rear lights and very bright including the built in color changing functions in the app are also a plus.
4. There's so much more I can say but I'd be spoiling it for everyone else so with that being said I couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase and thats all I can say until others actually ride this thing and im sure you guys would be making a very informed purchase also.

I ordered the U5 Pro on my friend's recommendation. My friend kept telling me about all the advantages of this bike, and I also really like its design. I think it's stylish and practical, and I look forward to riding it every day.

For a long time, I've wanted to own an Isinwheel electric bicycle, and now my dream has finally come true. I bought the U5 Pro in black. This bike has a range of 88km, which not only meets my daily commuting needs but also allows me to deliver food when I have time. I look forward to spending every day with this electric bicycle.

I didn´t exepect such an expedite service, very thorough, polite and clear guidance all the way

Don't buy this scooter isinwheel has horrible support that doesn't even answer the phone.

Ordered a digital display and it came in quick and worked

The service is excellent, fast and effective. They gave me recommendations and helped me to have a refund of the difference because I found a cheaper price elsewhere.

The products and customer service was superior. I am fully satisfied and would recommend.

Amazing scooter, amazing service! Product arrived with slight issue, but customer service took care of it quickly!

Isinwheel h7 pro is extremely fun and worth it the company is very helpful i had a problem one time with the scooter and they helped me out quick and even sent me a part i needed for free

10/10. They 100% deliver on customer service and quality. This is my second electric longboard with Isin wheel and my experience has only gotten better. I upgraded and bought the All Terrain Off Road V10 long board and it’s super grippy and super fast. I love it lol.

It starts with my 3 search and I thought final the buy on a scooter .I was introduced to Isinwheel. I previously sold my car to expensive to drive and needed a quick safe way to work without having to walk I have a bad leg that doesn’t like moving after some steps. Uber and Lyft get expensive for a 7 min ride . I have a train right out side of the place I live but I would have to walk there and walk some more off the train. So even though I went through 2 lightweight scooters it just wasn’t what I needed and I didn’t know until a friend said you need “torque “ you guys can look it up i call it toughness also some thing that supports your weight summer not so bad but if your able to ride all year except rain like I am you have to take in consideration wind hills clothes and your weight on how fast. You go and how much energy the scooter burning while dragging you around and how far. So I picked Isinwheel because for full year it took me back and forth to my job with only 1 tire needed some air and a break change at the end. I’m very happy with MY Izzy wouldn’t trade her. This is 2025 and I added some lights and we still moving .But there’s another story…..#2 review

shipped fast, easy to assemble, easy to use, instructions were clear and the ride is great. Machine is built sturdy and speeds are not fast but perfect for my wife and I we highly recommend the GT2

I literally got this because my where my girl lives in Koreatown, parking is horrible; I literally park 6-8 blocks away unless I get lucky. So instead of renting lime scooters, I decided to buy another electric skateboard. I have been using since I was in college; it's how I would get around the hilly campus. So I knew what i was looking for; and the specifications are fast enough to not struggle going uphill. Also, the wheels are what drew me to this model, and they are very comfortable to ride the uneven streets of LA. I've overcome cracks like nothing, and this is by far my favorite electric skateboard. So far been reliable and worked as it should. Also has a green light that makes your ride glow at night, also useful to make you visible to other cars. Very fast ride, and you definitely need to be careful or you can get really hurt. Kind of heavy, but the normal heavy you would expect from a motorized skateboard. Great product and very fun to ride full speed.
